Insurance company jacked up my renewal by 75% and this company didn't even bother to let me know. They reached out to review coverage, but failed to alert me to the massive cost increase. I only realized months later when the mortgage company told me there was a big shortfall in the escrow account. At that point I reached out to Western Pacific who said a lot of their customers rates were going to and implied they were too busy to let people know.
