I thought this was a good convenience store. They have a Tim Hortons right inside where you can get all of your coffee and treats. Honestly, I appreciate it since many of the Tims are closing around me and I need to know where the remaining locations are around this area. They have so many drinks, and the kids love their Arnold Palmer's, so any place that has a wide variety is okay by them. I like the size of this place. They also had some adult beverage sampling of cocktails in a can which were very good, and did taste like they came from a bar and not a gas station. The people who work here are some of the most disgusting, miserable, entitled, and rude individuals. They don't even look at you nor can they bring themselves to say "Thank you" or "Have a good day" after you purchase something. They just move their eye sight to another object to dismiss you. They are a horrible representation of Middle Eastern people in Rochester Hills. It's unfortunate because they have a large inventory of products. I will not be returning again. read more

Worst gas station!!! Put money in machine for air to fill my tires, machine was not working. I went inside to tell 2 employees; both already knew it was broke but failed to put a sign on it to let customers know before you inserted the $1.50 They said no refunds, call number on machine. When i called it was a prompt for owners of gas stations only to put in their i.d. Number. How lazy! I guess it was too much to ask to put an 'out of order' sign on machine! read more

The worst customer service ever! Why does it seem like everyone that works here is better than you and customers seem like an inconvenience. They also will blame you for not knowing how to operate their broken credit card readers that still require a swipe. Everything is way overpriced and they don't even offer liquor. Do they know that there is a shell across the road with cheaper gas and beverages? I feel sorry for the nice Tim Horton's employees who have to work next to these miserable people. read more

RUDE!!!!! I've never had an issue until this past weekend. I stopped in to quickly grab some bottled drinks and snacks for my family. My boy and I went to the counter where there was nobody waiting in line. I was thirsty and opened my drink while waiting to pay. The attendant, ignoring me, came to the register with a bottle of wine for another customer he had been helping. I assumed that he was just going to check her out really quick and then we'd be next. No problem... except he did this four other times, with the same customer, only checking prices, going back and forth to grab various bottles, and never even acknowledging that we were standing there. He couldn't apologize for making us wait, or even say that it would only be a moment. He said nothing. This went on for nearly 20 minutes while my wife was waiting in the car. By the time he was finally ringing up the $85 bottle of wine for the customer, he rings her up first, then proceeds to meddle with the bottle of wine and still no acknowledgement that I had been standing there the whole time. All the while, a line of 8 other people were behind me and also waiting. I took another few swigs of my water (I was thirsty), set the bottle back on the counter with all of my other stuff, and walked out of the store. I will never stop in this place again and, since I live in the neighborhood, all of my friends and family will also be warned to stay away from this place. read more

Stopped in today to get lottery and something to drink. When I approached the counter there was one customer waiting, but no clerk. I waited for a few minutes, but still no clerk, so I called out for help at the counter. Several minutes later a woman showed up and rang up the man in front of me. I told her I had been waiting for several minutes, and almost left the store, because I didn't know if anyone was going to help. She was very rude and unapologetic. I paid for my drink with cash to get change for lottery. She handed me a wrinkled and torn $10 bill, I asked for a different bill to use in the lottery machine. She was unconcerned and said "just try it". Of course, the bill did not work in the machine, and by that time there were several people in line. I told her the bill did not work in the machine and asked her for another bill. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, SAID I HAD AN ATTITUDE, AND TOLD ME TO "LEAVE MY STORE NOW". I gladly complied and told her I would never return, nor will I ever buy gas there again!!! I will not spend one red cent in a store who's owners have this type of attitude!!! There are plenty of other options only minutes away, and I will shop where I am appreciated!! There is a shell station across the road with cheaper gas and convenience prices!! I strongly suggest that you avoid this store, as the owner clearly despises customers and does not appreciate their patronage!! read more

Horrible customer service. Purchase a phone card from them and found out it was expired. They would not refund my money. The person behind the counter phoned his manager with whom I spoke to and informed me they could not give me my 5 dollars back unless I came back when the owner was there. I'll never use them again. Funny thing, I needed gas too when I was there. Simply drove across the street to the Sunoco station. read more
