They close at 8:30. Not only was the staff rude to me but the nurse practitioner was totally rude to the front desk clerk for allowing me to start the check in process. With my wrist and arm swelling up by the second and the rest of me hurting from the fall, they asked me to leave and go to the hospital instead. I have never! My husband is a neurosurgeon. They informed me compassionately she only handles after a cancer diagnosis, that I would have to see a regular gyn first, who would refer to after such a diagnosis. she then referred me to a gyn to call. No asking about ins. first. Additionally, I called another primary recommended by my dermatologist since gyn booked til April, and they were extremely helpful and made an appointmen. This whole experience, in my opinion, tells me money, profit more impt. to Dr. Williams than patients. I get that Medicare plans may not be as profitable as private plans, but there are millions of us out here needing quality healthcare and compassionate drs. too.

I then waited nearly 2 additional hours before going outside to ask the women at the front desk to reschedule as I still haven't seen my doctor by 5PM when I had an appointment scheduled for 3PM. They laughed and admitted that doctor is "never on time" and "probably forgot about you and may not even be at the clinic anymore". So I wasted 2 hours sitting in a medical clinic waiting for a doctor that didn't even meet with me, exposing me to potential COVID patients for TWO hours for nothing. Then I received a "summary email" from today's consultation as if I actually met with a doctor. I don't know if they are billing my insurance or not, but this location is a joke. I never even met with my doctor but I received an email summarizing my meeting with my doctor?!? This place is a fraudulent, disorganized, unprofessional joke... Reporting this location to Ochscner and Blue Cross Insurance immediately.

His bedside manner is awesome and makes you feel at ease. I loved that you can joke with him and the staff and never feel rushed. Any concerns I have, he and his staff have been very helpful to address them. I have bone on bone and have been receiving the shots every 6 months which made a wonderful difference in my knees and has made my quality of life so much better without the surgery and everyday pain. I highly recommend Dr. Palo and his staff.

We had to go to another doctor and now surgery is needed to fix the problem that was obvious in all the ex rays. The nurses there couldn't even put a cast on correctly we had to ask the doctor to do it cause the first cast was but on where it cut into his hand. You will sit in the waiting room for up to 2 hours before you are even called into the back, and there you spend another 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. If you go there it is an all day appointment. His office manager is inept in correctly any problem. It takes days for them to call you back with an answer to any question or billing problem. There billing department is in Baton Rouge and if they don't feel like answering the phone they don't or put you on hold. This kind of care is unacceptable in todays age of medicine.
