They are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I am in caring and capable hands. Oh - and they even let me use the skin test from the doctor I had just seen two weeks before which many allergists are not keen on doing since the skin test costs a fortune (a fortune they didnt get because they allowed me to use the other office's test) - I thought this was very cool of them.

Dr. Tawila's approach to treating our 8 year old son for his allergies was incredibly gentle and caring...despite all the pokes his ability to soothe and empathize with our son's discomfort was really amazing. He's a total professional as are his associates. They are all welcoming and caring. I cannot recommend this group more if you have children who are nervous for medical appointments....adults too, for that matter. This is a great outfit. Highly recommended.

Prior to today's appointment, I received text notifications and one voice mail reminder requesting confirmation and advising of cancellation fees. I left a sick husband today to keep my commitment; I arrived on time. I waited for 40 minutes with no mention of the doctor's tardiness and, of course, no explanation. Given this, I left. There are many talented allergists in the area. I cannot imagine appearing 40 minutes ( or more?!) for a doctor's appointment without apology or explanation while still expecting to be seen. In fact, if I am ever 5-10 minutes late for an appointment, I know to pull over and phone. Everyone's schedule is valuable. Fundamental courtesy and respect for others. The receptionist has not, apparently, been trained to reach out to patients who are waiting more than,say,15 minutes,and offer a polite explanation and an apology on behalf of the practice. As best I can interpret my experience, this is simply a reflection of the culture of the practice. And were I to interpret further: profit over patient. For the number of doctor's practicing and number of patients, including those who come in for injections, there are too few examination rooms and an inadequate waiting room, small and tired. If I am treated disrespectfully, something a simple explanation and/or brief apology could remedy, I can't trust that my health would be taken seriously in this practice. It may well be that the doctors are superb, but the culture of the practice is not. How utterly disappointing.

Prior to my treatment with Dr. Shahideh I had been to four different physicians and clinics to no avail. No medication had helped previously but he was aggressive with his treatment and once on his medications my symptoms were reduced by over 90%. I have been very pleased. Dr. Shahideh is also personable and listens to me. In addition he often gives me sample medications to tide me over until my perscription has been filled. Thank you Dr. Shahideh!

I have been avoiding peanuts kinda how ladies dodge a man in the club with cologne stronger than my will to live or how Diddy avoids extradition. Yesterday I spent 4 hours with legend medical assistant Michelle and did a peanut challenge. Michelle was working patients up like she had Green Berets training and still managed to have a great attitude. I had such a fabulous time in the office, I offered to clock in to help out the team. Only downside is they schedule appointments out longer than the length of human gestation. I dont mind anymore because I passed the peanut challenge and can no longer be murked off this earth by a peanut

While Dr. Roth is a very personable person, I can't recommend her. Our 11-month old daughter almost…read moredied from low calcium. She suffered a seizure and stopped breathing. During the timespan that my child was hospitalized, Dr. Roth was notified of my daughter's status. NEVER, did she reach out via email, phone, in-person or smoke signal. If she had taken our concerns seriously about her crying instead of calling it colic, or prescribed vitamin D drops, the situation would have never happened. Upon release from the hospital, I immediately switched pediatricians and have never looked back. Today my daughter lives and is doing well, but not because of anything Dr. Roth did. Don't do it!
