He looked at the computer for free, then fixed it then & there for a very reasonable minimum. I highly recommend him, both for his expertise and trustworthiness. I occasionally worked on Macs for years at my work, but Mark looked at my dead MacBook Air, which I assumed was a dead brick that I would spend a little on to confirm that, and did something I would have never thought of, simple and effective. Then ran several diagnostic softwares on it to clean up the system and HD mapping. What's more he was great to talk to, and very personable for a technician.
