The store was nice and all but they had one worker taking 50 years with one person and after she went into the back multiple times and after waiting like 20 minutes 3 more guys came out from the back but where were they at that whole time instead of letting a line build up and wasting everyone's time. Came in, was promptly waited on even with a line, the staff at this location has improved since my last 2 years ago! Was quick to answer my questions, helped me get my new phone and I even got a discount on my case and screen protector. Highly recommend working with Jeff, no BS and honest. read more

Rude, uninformative, flippant and talked too much about personal things to distract you from all the charges they are adding onto the service. Got a new phone and he didn't even set it up, on top of promising accessories at buy two get one free, then having to pay for all of them. Was told by phone by the same guy (AND by another sales rep at a different store) to bring the accessory boxes in and a credit will be issued - got there with the boxes and the guy said can't issue a credit because a work discount was already applied (which was nowhere near the discount of getting one item free ($30-$40 range). This is not the first bad experience I've had at this particular store (and with the same guy even), but I assure you I will NEVER go to this store again, nor will I recommend it to people. Even other AT&T stores confirmed the guy didn't know what he was doing or talking about re: sale items and products. Furious to say the least - and almost said goodbye to AT&T after 25 years because of him. read more

My mom, who is in her seventy's, was scammed by the employees who work on commission at this store. She went to upgrade her cell phone and was told that she gets 2 Apple watches for free as a gift for upgrading her phone. She was all excited. The watches arrived a few days later to her home. When the bill arrived, her bill jumped $137 dollars. She was shocked. Now, it is after the 14 day return period. I called Corporate on her behalf and they agreed to credit her, but she has to return the watches. She immediately went to the store to return them. The store, which is a dealer store, refused to take them back stating they must be returned to a corporate store. She drove 40 minutes to the nearest corporate store and was told sorry, we would love to help you, however the dealer store lied to you and we are sorry you drove all this way. Dealer stores have their own inventory and are not related to the corporate stores. Now she has to go back to this local dealer store that defrauded her not once, but now twice. read more
