I am very disappointed and disgusted with AT&T as a business. My mom has had her account with them over 30 years with no perks, discounts, or any benefits to show for decades of dedication and being a loyal consumer! There have been a lot of discrepancies between this local AT&T store and AT&T customer service by phone. They are on very different pages, misinformed, and have no idea what they're doing. Both point the finger at the other placing blame for how the account was messed up and adjusted and how they can't go back in the system to correct it. There are extra fees that aren't accounted for and they had the audacity to charge an $8 late fee for being one day late! 30 plus years of giving this corporation hundreds and thousands of dollars for poor service, black outs, and faulty devices? Thats unacceptable! Our plan was changed from the old grandfather plan without our consent that they claim was because we got upgrades. Why should the service plan change just because we get a new device? Why should we pay more for bad service and less cellular data, mobile hotspot, and all that was decreased with this new plan we didn't ask!?! This is unacceptable! We also had an extra line added we didn't ask for and were wrongfully told the bill would decrease and certain fees will fall off over several billing cycles. I'm over this corporation and will be looking into better service providers soon! read more

This place is ran worst than the government. So unorganized. The staff hates to be there. They never have anything in stock.

I came to this location after leaving the one at Arlington Creek. My experience here was way better. Chelsea was very polite and helpful. She explained the process of me upgrading my phone quite well and took care of the process in a timely manner. read more

If i could give this place less than 1 star i would. The employees are not qualified to be working there. Nobody could give me a definite answer on what was going on or what they were even doing. I brought in my phone because the screen kept going black and the calibration was off. They could not fix my problem and after 45 minutes I asked for my phone back and left because i did not want to waste anymore time there when i could go to somewhere who would know what to do. read more

Dropped in this store today to buy my mom a new phone. Chris hooked me up with a new iPhone and told me about a special offer on an iPad mini. Chris had me set up and completely informed in under an hour. He was professional but came off very personal as well as knowledgeable. It's rare that you get this level of customer service excellence these days, especially out of a wireless carrier. 11/10 would recommend. read more

Anyone who reads the previous poor reviews of this store is obviously either a disgruntled former customer who didn't get what they wanted or someone having a bad day. While every organization is composed of people who are human beings and who sometimes do as a result of being human make mistakes sometimes and do give bad customer service, i can tell you assuredly that every current employee, including but most especially Austin and the manager, of this specific location in the ATT authorized retail business network are not like these other normal businesses. I was stunned in all the best ways by their customer service and willingness to help me get my affidavit signed with Aursion that my dad, as the account holder on this business account was blocking me from getting a replacement phone for my o iPhone that was stolen from my apartment in the week before, where otherwise isn't normally possible. They took the time to try to speak to both my dad for me before speaking directly and personally to a supervisor at The insurance company to get this overnighted to me and which I did receive the next day, on a Saturday, in addition to having gone into the location after 5:00 pm the day before. I recommend everyone who has phone issues with att or who is looking to start service with a new line visit this store and not the actual retail AT&T store on corporate, unless they ask to speak and work with DJ H. Personally who had previously tried to help me with the issue and who was able to get my claim completed and done, and who also had personally called my dad after he refused to give me his tax number despite being an authorized user on the account so I could get into the account and start and finish my claim. I thank all of these people personally and Asurion for making things work in this difficult situation, being respectful of me and understanding the abuse that was going on and reaching out to try to help as well as helping me get my phone immediately which they knew understood was a lifeline in this situation but an essential for anyone alive in today's world. Come here or see DJ at the AT&T corporate location if you need help!! I will be coming back to this place and will see that individual at the other store location if I need any help in the future! They perfectly capture and represent the essence of what outstanding customer service and human beings look and act like, because they are and will help you too!! read more
