Then taken to another store where they sold shoes, named brand belts, hats, masks, etc! Very well kept and put together! The team this company has is excellent, they guy had an excellent convo with me, I gave some pointers and recommendations and he was more than willing to give me the time. And even got my phone repaired under a hour! While speaking with the male he informed me it was a family owned business, I recommended possibly hiring more staff so he can focus on more important things! Other than that, Loved the service and highly recommend this place for your devices and clothing! Did I also tell you they do the repair in front of you? 10/10!

When speaking with the guy there, he told me it would be a quick 30-minute fix before even looking at my phone. I felt like he didn't fully understand what was wrong with it, even after I explained the issue, which is why I asked if I could pay afterward in case he was unable to fix it. He continued to insist that it was an easy fix, so I paid the $170 and waited. When I returned, he told me he couldn't fix it and gave me only a partial refund. If they do not give full refunds, THEY SHOULD NOT REQUIRE YOU TO PAY BEFORE THE SERVICE. It seems like a scam to me.

While exiting the parking lot of a small retail center, I came across this shop. I spoke with one of the gentlemen working that day and explained my situation. He assured me it was something they could fix and that it would only take a day or so. A few days later, I finally remembered to bring the phone with me and dropped it off. Just two days later, the charging port had been replaced, and the phone worked as well as it did when it was new. The repair cost was about $58, which I thought was very reasonable. The team did a great job, and I really appreciate the quick turnaround. This isn't my main phone, but it's nice to have a reliable backup again.
