This is a great store run by great people, but the underlying T-Mobile service isn't that great…read more The phone service is very inexpensive compared to AT&T (the company we moved to T-Mobile from), but the phone service in Saline County is spotty. Heck, the coverage around Arkansas is spotty as I learned when I was in north Arkansas and a friend of mine on AT&T was laughing at me because he had coverage and I had to drive about five miles before I did. I'm torn on how many stars to give this place because the folks running it deserve five stars, but T-Mobile itself deserves about three for great prices but bad coverage. I can't say enough good things about the store and the people running it, but T-Mobile needs to put up some new towers or something around here. If the company can solve the "spotty coverage" issue, it may turnout to be the best mobile company in the area.
