THIS IS NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND ETHICS and taking advantage of my father who isn't tech savvy at all. He barely had the 200 to begin with.

Another tech then told me he wouldn't do the warranty repairs because of a small spot on the top of the screen that goes no deeper than the screen protector. Now I'm stuck paying for a 1200 dollar phone that Samsung had already agreed to warranty because the tech didn't want to do the repairs. The screen was fine until it BROKE IN THE MIDDLE. How about addressing the real issue!!!!!!! This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. And don't bother calling the phone number at Asurion. Sounded like a party going on in the background. In February of 2022, I went to the AT&T store on Alcoa Rd in Benton with the intention of upgrading…read moreto an iPhone 13 and setting up an installment plan on that phone. The rep who sold me the device - instead of applying that installment plan to my existing number - added a third line to my account and applied the installment plan to that. He did not disclose that information. He then set me up on auto pay and paperless billing - making it unlikely that I would notice. My account was billed for an UNUSED third line for a year and a half before I noticed. Shame on me, right? After calling AT&T's helpline, I was instructed to contact the manager of the store that set up the account. So I contacted Aaron at the Benton store on June 16. He explained that he would need to speak with his Area Manager, but that she was out of town. He would follow up with her and she would be in touch with me. Since that time, I have received no call back and have called the Benton store many times, leaving at least 5 messages for Aaron. On one of those occasions, I spoke to Durrell. He assured me that he would look into my issue and call me back. He has not. I have now placed NINE calls to the store with 0 satisfaction.

We from Louisiana so we don't have time to bring it back but I probably wouldn't because it's a waste of time and money.
