I spent 30 minutes on ATT chat trying to resolve an easy problem and was told I had to go to an ATT store - the 3rd chat representative gave me the address in my town...I went, waited 20 minutes only to be told i needed to go to an ATT corporate store. So, I arrived just after opening with 6 people in line ahead of me.  Took 15 minutes to have someone "log" us in. Had to wait over an hour after being told via phone call to them that "no appointment was necessary".  We drove round trip 40 miles!! We were told we needed a manager to resolve our situation - the "manager" never talked to me after being told I was waiting...in fact, he hid out in his back office for 30 minutes and then LEFT THE STORE to get a drink KNOWING I had been waiting - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE! Does ATT know how unprofessional and misinformed their staff members are??? The staff tried to help us only to be told that they couldn't access my account!  This is a corporate store and we were told we had to go to one! Was able to resolve the simple issue over the phone in 10 minutes - what a waste - shame on AT&T for giving me the run around...after decades in business, you'd think they'd know what they were doing! read more

My mother and I went into the at&t store trying to transfer a line. Amber helped us with the line transfer. She was so helpful and kind. Even though she couldn't help us with the full transfer, she did walk us through the phone call and sat with us till it was done. Would recommend working with her if you can. read more

This is the worst att store in this area. I got a new iPhone X's max and the guy helping didn't setup it right at all and now i have a paper wait for a phone. I then went back the next day and they basically said they couldn't help me at all. Then I told them to just give me a sim for my old phone and that didn't work either and then some how my number got lost. I will never do business what att again read more

I been living in Central Texas just about all my life and I remember when they opened Harker Heights and Killeen. I live in Copperas Cove because we are getting to congested with new comers can be positive and by means not that great either. My experience with the Att in Cove was fabulous first I made an appointment and Sal the store manager is incredible and a great person so I doubt you get bad services because he is always watching and asking if you are ok. Tara and Julia and the other Team Members they are there to help you the best that they can. The store gets busy at times it's only normal that you may have to wait. Like I said we are congested too many people. Be patient and they deliver because they do. Hope this helps out try to visit on days they aren't packed. read more

He was very professional and patient, answering all the questions I had. Store was quiet and not busy, which sure beats waiting in line at the Killeen store. Went in there trying to buy a simple pair of headphones. They put me on the list. I was #2. After 20 minutes of looking at gadgets the list hadn't moved. So I politely went to one of the associates and asked if I could quickly buy these headphones they said "yes one minute" he then went to the back as I made my way to the cash register. He reappeared and went back to his previous clients. I then waited 5 more minutes as the couple talked to each other as he stood there listening to them. So I said screw it and left. read more

My experience was calling the company I was being over charge and they refused to give me a credit back into my account. Gabriela was the Customer Service specialist who was very unprofessional and her Supervisor Jayson was even worse. After calling to disconnect my service I was then offered the credit. So even after I'm so disgusted with them beign with them since 2003 and this is how you get treated. It's more about quantities and less quality.. They get not star period. read more

I've never dealt with a business where the manager will tell you(the customer) that you are wrong. Over the span of 2 months after not getting a call, I talked to the manager. He was not familiar with my issue which tells me that their normal business practice is to ignore it and eventually they will go away. read more
