They're always friendly, fast, and super helpful. The other day, Tyler went above and beyond helping me ship a lamp. He found the perfect box, packed it securely, added plenty of Fragile stickers, and even taped it up for me since I ran out in the parking lot. I had made a number of calls to people, and either I couldn't reach anyone or the person I reached couldn't help me or wasn't interested. Very frustrating.
