I don't think it's possible to provide a lower level of service. Not an ATT store, but an authorized 3rd party reseller; which means they do not have the same offerings as att.com or official retail stores. Core plans,etc are the same, so FYI. Came in here and waited 20 mins for the 2 clerks to work with 2 other customers. One was getting a pay as you go plan and that was taking forever. Then he needed help porting over his contacts,etc to new phone. In most cases those tasks are parked on the side; as it requires no interaction and the clerk is able to assist other customers. Not here, the clerk had to hover over the device and make small talk. I walked out and came back in later. Now one clerk was free, so he could help me. I am using the word help loosely, as he didn't help me one bit. Not a single question was answered properly and until I "forced" him to start pricing the plans,etc out on the pc; did he do anything except rattle off various rates,etc. Maybe its a recently opened store and there is still training to be had, but for now, I would avoid. read more

I don't understand, regardless of this being a 3rd party retail location, how an AT&T branded location does NOT carry SIM cards for current customers bringing in their own device to add to an existing account. The first time I went in here was to replace a bad SIM card and even then the guy was trying to charge me $5 even though tech support suggested I swap the card. He reluctantly replaced the SIM card and I was in my way. The second time I went in was to add my iPhone back on to my plan as a new line. Again I needed a SIM card and then to add a line. I was told they didn't carry SIM cards and that I'd have to go to the store on L street. What a crock. This location is useless. Don't waste your time going here if you're a current customer. I don't even know if I'd go here as a NEW customer! read more

I was pretty impressed with the knowledge of the employees I worked with. They seemed interested in actually helping me out and setting me up with a good deal. First time dealing with this store specifically and I was happy with the service I received. read more
