terrible customer service. we waited 30 minutes. got a text we were next in line then they let someone who didn't check in ahead of us.

Just had to upgrade my phone after I was dumb and smashed it. I was helped by Tammy she was absolutely fantastic she was so helpful at getting my phone rebooted and transferred over. I would definitely recommend requesting her if you're looking for not only a great customer service experience, but a laugh as well. Horrible customer service. I bought a brand new iPhone 7 plus and out of the box and there was a weird spot on the side where the rose gold color and white part on screen meet (looked as if the phone had been separated at one point) and they refused to do anything about. read more

Do not go to this store do not deal with AT&T they will steal your money from you. Was there last month and paid off a pair of headphones that I had on payment got a receipt and the employee pocketed my money and put it back on my bill this month. read more

Is it possible to give negative star reviews? These sales reps tell you whatever it takes to make a sale. They will lie to your face and after you initial and sign your name on their little ipad that you can't read you are on the hook. The manager and even the corporate office give excuses like "I'm sorry if the salesperson was misinformed but you signed a contract ". Beware of AT&T! Read everything before you sign it and don't trust these people. This company is shady and now they are taking over Direct TV with their tactics. I stopped in to get something for my phone and Salesman told me I could get Direct TV for $29.99 per month and because I was an AT&T customer I would get a $25.00 credit on my AT&T bill every month and get free HBO to boot. I questioned him extensively about this and he had all the answers. I trusted him and signed the ipad. When I asked him for a copy of the contract /receipt he said they would email it to me. Got my 1st bill... $133.00. I called and said cancel it. They said $400.00 cancellation fee. Never again! And no I am not paying it. read more

Terrible experience at the store. Do not bother to go there ever especially if there is a younger girl there with " strength " on the back of her neck! Very nasty young woman who couldn't have been less helpful! I actually tried to call the manager but no one would answer the phone believe it or not. Never bother going there! Total waste of time and absolutely horrible service. Better to call ATT directly than deal with the abuse of "strength " girl. Her only strength was being a witch and totally unprofessional. She ruined my Christmas Eve trying to get a new phone for my child. Had been looking forward to do this but it was so bad I might change phone companies altogether. I had an initially great experience, however, the day before my direct tv installation was supposed to occur, I discovered that the installation address was listed as their stores address, upon trying to contact them to make them aware of the error and to give them an opportunity to correct it, I was not able to get in contact with them. Noone would answer their phone at the store, i called numerous times some instances back to back calls, still no answer. I called the customer service number for assistance, where numerous reps tried to cancel my order, and get me to sign up with a new order. This to me is a shady business practice as I was gauranteed specific services at specific prices, and an installation appointment which I made arrangements for someone to be at my residence for. When a price and time frame is "locked in" as a customer I expect that to be honored. To sign someone up for a service and make promises only to later renig and attempt to increase prices or gain upfront fees which were never part of the original deal is unacceptable. read more

Terrible costumer service. There were 5 workers and 3 groups of costumers including myself. I stood for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by one of the workers and when I finally asked for help the man reported me to someone else who never aided. I left after a half and hour without a word said from any of the other employees. If I were old enough to have my own phone plan it would not be through AT&T. 30 thumbs down for 30 minutes of wait without acknowledgment. read more

Excellent store!! I run my business cell phones out of this store & it's always a pleasant experience when I go in. The staff is friendly & listen to my needs & don't try to sell me things that I really don't need. Josh is my personal favorite associate to work with.
