I managed to arrive at about 8am, 1/2 hour after the opening. There is extensive parking lots all around the market, I managed to find a spot up front just inside the fence. The day was a bit hazy from Canadian wildfire smoke so it seemed like quite a few vendors decided not to show up, many customers also seemed to have decided to have passed on attending. The flea market is huge, there are lots of open air vendor spots, a couple of covered pavilions and quite a few enclosed buildings. At first I was quite disappointed with the product selection since most of the vendors who set up near the front of the market are selling cheap new products the kinds of things you can find anywhere. I was much more interested when I found the back rows where there were more vintage items and antiques along with a wide variety of almost anything you could want. I check out all of the vendors who were there that day. I did find some items that interested me, mainly wood carvings and related items. Prices were OK, not sensational, but I also didn't find anything that I wanted enough to negotiate to see if I could get a lower price. I did end up buying a cinnamon roll from the Amish bakery in one of the buildings, I also bought some candy and trail mix from the discount candy store in the same building. Overall Rogers Flea Market was not bad, but not worth the drive from Cleveland. Some of that was probably due to it being an off day for vendors and part of it was that I have so much stuff I am mostly looking for indigenous wood masks and I just didn't find any on this trip. I did see plenty of people who had found plenty of things to buy, so your experience could vary. My recommendation would be worth a stop if you are in the area on a Friday, but not really worth a special trip.

Need a special gift for that hard to buy for person, you may just find it here! As vendors we update, add and subtract items monthly so there is always something new to see! There is an on site painter on Saturday who can turn a photo into a painting for a very reasonable price! He painted my grand dog as a gift we gave to our daughter and she was thrilled! Plan on spending a good amount of time here as there is so much to see! Our friendly staff is here to help make your visit a great experience! As for me, I have been fostering kittens for years and created a handmade Kitty Firecracker filled catnip for hours or fun and part of the sale goes to animal shelters. Then two years ago a relative bought a jeep and I got hooked on selling ducks. So I have a large assortment of ducks making sure there are always special ones for the holidays! I can't really tell if this one or the other was bigger in size. But this one is set up similarly. Rented space packed to the brim with items to browse through. Almost everything that isn't nailed down is up for sale. I mean that literally. My better half was actually excited here. He has been looking for some pieces for a project he was doing. He had a set look in his mind and we just happened to stumble upon them here. Three perfectly big porch columns and one half porch column were just sitting in here waiting to be reused. Other items that caught his eye were old wooden doors that were just prime for the taking. The people were so helpful with us. They allowed us to use a tape measure to make sure of the size of not only the columns but to see if they would fit in my vehicle. I walked down to my car and got distracted, ended up stopping in at the first location before coming back here. They were so helpful in here. They also made sure to point out some other items that might interest us. We mad a mental note of the items and asked if they would take a deposit for items to be held. Turns out they have a layaway type of program. Put a deposit down and they hold the item until it can be paid off or if you need to come back with a larger vehicle. Good deal to me.

I learned a lesson about this place: If you see something you like, get it. I waited a couple days before making a decision and the item I wanted was sold when I went back. When my folks moved here from out of town, I was able to furnish their entire apartment with beautiful *real* furniture from North Hill Antiques. Their prices are generally reasonable; some are out of my budget-zone...but, they seem to know the value of the pieces. And, they will deliver if you are nearby.
