I have never had a good thing to say about this company but yesterday, Trenise changed all that. You hear that AT&T? Trenise is the only good thing I have to say about our 13 year relationship. She knows her job backwards and forwards. She pays attention to the customer. She answers questions because, guess what? She knows the answer! WooHoo! Competence Rocks. Horrible Horrible store. I was sent there by ATT to resolve a problem they could not take care of online. I spoke to a person name David. I sat there explaining it to him for maybe 45-60 mins. He kept trying to call his retail connection, but he finally hung up on them. That was a Thursday night. I drove 15 miles to that store to get my issue resolved. David said he would speak to a person the next day that could better handle my problem and get back to me. I tried calling the store and they never answer the phone. David had put his phone number in my phone so I could reach him. He wrote david att 505 427-8069. I have tried calling that number 10-15 times. He answers and hangs up. I am going to find out if this is a franchise or owned by ATT and hopefully get David fired because he is the worst most disrespectful person ever. Awful, Awful Awful store don't even use ATT they are AWFUL read more

They have lousy customer service and terrible store hours. They open late and close early on weekdays. It's also hard to do business with them. Like when doing a return they will charge you for restocking the item and charge you again for the item you're exchanging for. read more

One star because service was horrible was coming in to buy new iPhone and waited 5 mins and had a question asked person at front and he didn't answer asked again he said "Give me a min I'm busy" with a intimidating voice and then ignored and went back to what he was doing. Now that's horrible to be treated that way when your a brand new customer and never had AT&T service so I left took my business else where. read more

Couldn't tell you how they are. I've called twice and was told by the machine that they are too busy to answer the phone. If they are too busy to answer the phone, I'm not going to expect much different in person. Will take my business elsewhere. read more
