We swapped to Verizon three almost 4 months ago, and since the beginning our bill has been…read moreincorrect. I spent my holidays on calls with customer service with store individuals going back-and-forth. Have been told multiple different rates at this point, I've been told multiple different people were wrong and incorrect in what they told me multiple times... Each time people have given me an increased rate from what was previously discussed. After thinking, everything was resolved, the new statement came, and it is still incorrect, and they are now stating that the best they can do is still an increased amount from what was previously discussed, which was still an increased amount from what we walked out of the store agreeing to pay. Nobody is willing to honor what was agreed upon. I'm being ignored despite being given direct numbers. I've been hung up on despite not even yelling. Do not go to the store or work with Verizon as a whole due to their incompetence. There should be no reason that of the 10+ folks I've spoken to since swapping I'm being given different rates over and over. If I could give less than one star I would.

I just wanted the disc drive replaced so I could play my disc games. Got it back, still didn't work 1st disc I put in is still in there. I took it back in 'to bad so sad.' Is what I was told, they did not offer to DO ANYTHING. I asked for an invoice of the disc drive they purchased for my Xbox. I was shown an invoice for a disc drive on EBAY. Seriously? They bought a part from an unknown vendor & cant provide me with any kind if serial number, part number or item number. They could have offered to open it up & re-look at it. But nope apparently I have to believe that they did replace it, but they don't have to believe me that the 1st disc we put in it is still in it. We have 2 cell phones that need repairs that I WILL NOT BE TAKING THERE.
