Buyer beware. New to vaping I decided to try this place. I purchased a starter vape and some juice. The staff filled the tank up for me and showed me how to use it. Within two days it began leaking juice in my home and car. I returned to the store a few days later and explained the problem. The staff disassembled it, cleaned it and said I should be ok now. The next day and leaked again, this time in my car that was just detailed. Upon returning to the store the next employee also took it all apart and checked the gaskets and replaced the atomizer. Again, it continued to leak. The vape is kept inside my home at 70 degrees and does not get exposed to direct sunlight or extreme heat. Over month later of losing hope for an alternative to cigarette smoking I brought it to another shop. They changed the coil and said this may stop the leaking. It didn't help. Today I returned to the store with my receipt and the original box and was told I was out of my one month warranty. I was offered a few dollars off a juice product but that was it. It seems they stalled and stalled some more till after the warranty was over. The fact that I was there multiple times during that first month apparently didn't matter to them. Like most sales people, they'll tell you what you want to hear to collect your hard earned money. Update: a few days ago (08/24/2019) I noticed the owner/manager reached out me regarding this review which I initially scored 1 Star. She started off the conversation by telling me the employees should have contacted her the last time I was there. After chatting for a few minutes she offered me a refund. read more

beware of this place. They will tell you one price and charge your card a completely different price.

The vape I purchased yesterday was burnt when I took a first hit. and when I brought the vape back inside to trade it out for a good one the worker hit my vape without asking my approval and told me that it wasn't burnt at all when it was. I've been coming to this shop for years but after being treated how I was yesterday I'll never be returning. I have been coming here for years now. They were bought out by another company this year, the juice selection and product line-up has grown SIGNIFICANTLY! They have a points program where you can build up a $5 discount over time. Before it was bought out, it was kind of a "They mention the discount when they feel like it"; for example I had 3 - $5 discounts in 3 visits in a row ( you can only use 1 per visit, I can understand that ). Since this was bought out, whenever I have built up enough points they always point it out to get the $5 discount. These guys and gals are on the ball! Don't get me wrong, I did VERY much like the old owner, she was great. Just the sales process wasn't as smooth as it is now. I always feel like family when I come in there. The staff treats me great and always answer my questions. I always have new questions coming in there every time, they are very patient with me ;). The crew are super knowledgeable and up to date on all products they carry, there has never been a product I asked a question on that they didn't know about. They are also always super chill, always greet you, help you as fast as they can and actually acknowledge you, sometimes multiple times while your waiting if it's busy. I have bought from them multiple times I had a problem with the device went back in the next day they told me to talk to Lost vapes about the warranty after I bought another hundred dollar device and I went through Lost vapes warranty. lost vapes told me to return it back to them which they replied that I would have to spend 30% or take a cheaper device they are not actually A licensed dealer they buy them third-party. so don't buy any high-end vapes here your warranties will not work and they'll try to squeeze more money out of you. read more

The staff here is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but their juice is the worst I've come across. Sure, the flavors are good, and they've got a good selection, but after trying five different flavors with the same result, I'll be going elsewhere. Here's what I experienced: after priming my carto, the first 30-40 draws we're great, but then the flavor quickly went south, and had a very strong burned taste. The first time, thinking I'd not primed the carto correctly, I very carefully primed a second carto with the same result. Then I thought that perhaps it was the flavor I'd chosen (blackberry ginger), I decided to try a different flavor (peach). After going through 8 cartos with 5 different flavors, I'm just not willing to try anything else. Bottom line, they're great for hardware, but not juice. read more

Sold me a broken vape. I went back to exchange it, but they didn't have any more. The owner took my order information, and promised to call in a couple weeks when they had more in stock. That was six weeks ago. I have called several times, but I never get a call back. They essentially stole my money. There are plenty of other vape shops out there. So this is a tough review. But ultimately comes out in their favor. I bought a mod from them and it leaked and so I brought it back to them. they allowed me to use that credit from the original purchase for a new purchase. Yes I upgraded but that Mod had a separate Set of issues of its own. They remained patient with me and problem solved, and ultimately helped me by offering me several items free of charge that were what I believe to be a direct solve to the issue. Their customer service will keep me coming back. The only reason I share this with you is in hopes that you trust their customer service in the future. I'm a real customer and will continue to go back to them for help/issues/purchases/support in the future because so far they've proven to me that they care about me as a customer. read more

They are always super helpful and pleasant. They carry Ruthless brand which is my go-to juice. Introduced me to a new kind of coil for my tank which I love and they delivered locally for me since I was in a bind. Went in for a build since I was in a bind (I'm from Vegas) and forgot all my stuff at home and had a janky macro coil parallel build I was experimenting with. Employee was very helpful. Got me the juice I needed and no pressure sales (and he didn't try to push me towards a house brand which I hate!) 3 stars because the hardware selection leaves something to be desired and I had to go to another shop to get a proper build on there as the employee didn't criss-cross the positive leads so each coil was pushed to the left of my deck and there was WAY too much wick. read more

One thing I love is they give you a stamp card and on the 10th stamp you get a bottle for free... you put your name on the card and it goes into a drawing. We had the best experience here! Scott is the one helped us and he was very helpful and nice. He answered all the questions we had and gave us a lot of suggestions. And he let us try all the juice we wanted to try without giving us attitude like other vape shops have. I wish all customer reps were like Scott!
