I went in to switch service from Verizon. Jimmy was very helpful. Although he gave me the wrong watch. So I went back about an hour later to try to get the correct watch. He was unable to do it without the manager Zack's code. It was Zack's day off. Jimmy called to get his code, Zach asked to speak to me and went to talking to me about the town of Vinita and places that I had ate there. I did not have time for that. I am a nurse and was needing to get back to work so I handed the phone back to Jimmy and left, had to go to get the correct watch when I walked in Zach immediately had an attitude with me and said I was in mid sentence with you during our phone call yesterday when you handed the phone back. He proceeded to go get the correct watch and connect it to the account. He said he was going to refund the taxes from the previous watch. Which I have yet to receive. Also, when he ran my card for the taxes on the second watch, he did not inform me how much he was running the card for. When I asked him how much he ran my card for he said I emailed it to you. I immediately open my email to find that he had charged me $154 without my consent. He told me that AT&T required $100 deposit and the $50 was the tax on the watch. Only to find out two days later when I call AT&T to ask why I was being charged a deposit I was informed I was not being charged a deposit. In fact Zack had charged $100 for a down payment on the watch. I am now having to go through legal to dispute it since he done all of this with without my consent and because he was irritated at me because I had to get back to work and handed the phone back to the salesman. I would give it a 0, but that is just for customer service. The store itself is a newer, well kept up, clean store......but wait until you walk inside (IF the manager is there)......she is very Rude to employees and current customers and POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. I have been an ATT customer for over 15 years..... I NEVER got a chance to explain why I was there. She was extremely abrasive from the time I walked in until the time I left. Another young new employee was trying to help me, the big blonde loud mouth woman (without a name tag) who I am "guessing " is the manager because she was Barking orders to everyone......I wish UNDERCOVER BOSS would come to this ATT STORE. My husband and I popped in to take care of a couple of things. The store is brand new and very inviting. Once inside it was obvious that they were busy and there were two employees helping other customers. The manager greeted us as we walked in and let us know that she would be with us in just a little bit. We were fine waiting. It was just nice to be greeted honestly. We did wait for about 30 minutes but by the time we were helped we had an amazing experience. The young man helping us had an amazing attitude, very genuine and knowledgeable and when he didn't know the exact answer he would ask his manager and she would answer right then. They had a very easy workable rapport with one another. We actually left with more things then we went in there for because there was a buy two get one free special so that's always nice when your customer service person knows about things like that. Kudos to Katrina who helped me with a recent disaster with AT&T. My husband's phone quit working at about the same time he had a cardiac arrest. I tried to get help from AT&T online and on the phone with the experience of shipping me a replacement phone soaked in water. NO help there and actually told me they would charge me for the phone and a new phone that I could get for a replacement. They then said they were unable to make a replacement. I wouldn't process. Katrina helped me, and I found a new phone and all we had to do was transfer his sim card. She was so helpful and patient as I lamented my experience with AT&T. Even though they can not do some of the things that AT&T corporate stores are able to do, Katrina saved the day. She helped me through a trying AT&T experience! read more

I would not recommend this store to anybody. I went into trade my phone in they told me it would be cheaper to get a 3rd line that it would cost me $5 a month more Not knowing that they had added cost for the monthly fee of the phone plus insurance my bill went from $159 to 280 some dollars. Went back to take the phone back talk to some man he was very rude and said he couldn't help did I had to speak to the manager but she was in the back and could not come and see me I would recommend going to a corporate store in Joplin Missouri. Would give store a 0 if I could. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never complained on a company, store, or at&t before. I have been a customer with at&t since 2000. Today the employee George, was not only rude, but gave us misinformation twice. Then was refusing service when I was calling 611 to complain. When I said no my husband has waited 6 hours today to get a phone because his is not working we are not leaving. He started yelling at me and told me he was calling the police to escort us out. Luckily, I was on the phone with a manger from at&t main number and they recorded the whole thing. AT&T themselves have always been nice, but this store needs a major overhaul. read more
