He was unable to do it without the manager Zack's code. It was Zack's day off. Jimmy called to get his code, Zach asked to speak to me and went to talking to me about the town of Vinita and places that I had ate there. I did not have time for that. I am a nurse and was needing to get back to work so I handed the phone back to Jimmy and left, had to go to get the correct watch when I walked in Zach immediately had an attitude with me and said I was in mid sentence with you during our phone call yesterday when you handed the phone back. He proceeded to go get the correct watch and connect it to the account. He said he was going to refund the taxes from the previous watch. Which I have yet to receive. Also, when he ran my card for the taxes on the second watch, he did not inform me how much he was running the card for. When I asked him how much he ran my card for he said I emailed it to you. I immediately open my email to find that he had charged me $154 without my consent. He told me that AT&T required $100 deposit and the $50 was the tax on the watch. Only to find out two days later when I call AT&T to ask why I was being charged a deposit I was informed I was not being charged a deposit. In fact Zack had charged $100 for a down payment on the watch. I am now having to go through legal to dispute it since he done all of this with without my consent and because he was irritated at me because I had to get back to work and handed the phone back to the salesman. Do not recommend the store at all.

I have been an ATT customer for over 15 years..... I NEVER got a chance to explain why I was there. She was extremely abrasive from the time I walked in until the time I left. Another young new employee was trying to help me, the big blonde loud mouth woman (without a name tag) who I am "guessing " is the manager because she was Barking orders to everyone......I wish UNDERCOVER BOSS would come to this ATT STORE. I felt bad for the employees that she was yelling at in her condescending way. I left.
