Saturday I waited for an hour and a half before I was able to see anyone. I watched while CSR's sauntered around like they were on holiday while I saw 15 or 20 people walk out! It was unbelievable. I asked if he could simply take the cord home with him and drop it in an envelope to me and he said that he couldn't mail anything because he lived in an apartment. I've spent a lot of money with Verizon over the years and this is an incredibly poor level of service.
