Very disappointed in service-overcharged me on screen saver and would not program my phone`- went to 21st St all I needed to do was change out the SIM card -if I had bought my screen saver there it was $10 cheaper will never go back to the Heath store! read more

This is without a doubt the most mismanaged Verizon Store ever. I think the issue is bigger than a local manager however because I have experience the same horrific service under different managers. Slow and understaffed! Saturday I waited for an hour and a half before I was able to see anyone. I watched while CSR's sauntered around like they were on holiday while I saw 15 or 20 people walk out! It was unbelievable. As soon as I get my etf reduced some I will be returning to AT&T. The manager said it was unusual, but it has happened numerous times to members of my family. read more

Customers Beware!!!. Went in to inquire about our daughters phone which is under warranty and got a letter 3 days later thanking us for signing up for paperless billing. We did not even discuss billing so please make sure IF you do visit this store to monitor your account afterwards for changes. read more

Both the Newark and Heath stores are absolutely the most horrible pleases on the planet to deal with but I didn't know it until AFTER I bought my phone. Newark is the worst of the two. Whenever I used my phone the previous owner of the numbers name came up to whoever I was calling. I lost count of the number of times I went back to the Newark store with this problem and each time they said it was fixed but it was not. Each time it was at the expense of waiting a long time to be seen because of only one person there and this was time that I don't have especially for something that should have been fixed the FIRST time. The problem continued so I called them to save time only to have the employee HANG UP ON ME! ( no I was NOT using bad language ) so I went back to the store for about the sixth or seventh time only to have them say they couldn't help me. Then I went to the Heath store only to have to wait and wait and wait and finally got someone to help me. This guy told me that the Newark store didn't know how to handle problems , only knew how to sell phones. A Verizon employee telling me that a certain Verizon store was no good.....WHAT??? This guy SAID HE fixed the problem and it would take a couple of days to be seen. In the process he sold me another piece of equipment so that I could receive Wifi on my IPad no matter where I was. The charge was supposed to be ten dollars a month. So I waited only to realize the problem still wasn't fixed and when I received my bill there were numerous charges that I didn't even understand for this Wifi thing. So I went back AGAIN only to have them tell me some double talk story and my next months bill would be ok . The lady at this time said she now had the problem resolved and everything was ok . I continued to have the same problem so I called the main office only to have them upset me even more so I told them to cancel my Wifi devise and I was not going to pay early termination charges because THEY breached the contract not me. In the meantime I went back to the store at which time they said that I had to do something on my computer to fix this. I said that they had to do it because I was not going to do their job. We almost came to blows because I was SOOOOOOOOOO upset. They somehow finally fixed the problem.....surprise , surprise but I still have to pay early termination charges for the Wifi devise. I am paying that at 20 dollars a month and am getting harassing late payment phone calls. Don't know what's next? This is a very very BAD company to deal with and should be eliminated from the business world!!!! read more

Was just in Verizon and the people employed there didn't know how to help me schedule a payment. How do you not know how to do this if you work for verizon? I mentioned that I tried online and they looked at me like I was stupid & they said they didn't know how so they then waked away from me and ignored me the rest of the time being while I tried to figure it out myself at the desk. Also mentioned that I called the help line all day sat and that they wouldn't answer because of the new iphone 6 craze, yet they kept mentioning well they are closed all day Sunday that's why... Uh I specifically mentioned that I called SAT not SUN at least 4 times. So obviously they weren't listening, needless to say I got help from someone that doesn't work at verizon and I scheduled my payment just now. Actually wasn't too difficult. Now I'm glad I can do it myself since someone who DOESNT even work there helped me. Maybe you should hire her instead. read more
