So I stopped by a little after 10 am and found 3 friendly employees ready to help me. I am NOT tech savvy but I didn't need to worry. The manager Mo and his assistant Malva carefully explained everything and switched us over to a great affordable plan w/faster speed and a better updated iPhone. The internet rarely works on it. So many issues with this junk phone. I tried to return it the next day, but the lady who works there gave me the runaround even though according to Boost Mobile website, you have up to 14 days to return a mobile phone. Now, I am stuck with a lemon phone and out of $180. I had to go to another Boost store to buy a mobile phone which wasn't defective. The only good thing is I bought it for business purposes, so I can write it off on taxes. I had a very poor customer service experience; 5 Star Wireless at West Bellfort in Houston, TX does not stand by their products!

Here come Ms. Betsy, she spent hours trying everything in her power get both phones to connect and communicate. Finally, she was able to transfer everything to the new phone. She was patient, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. this young lady is an asset. I also want to thank Jesus for being helpful and courteous. I also was impressed by the security officer on site. He was bringing chairs form the back for customers to sit while waited to be served. Thank you Betsy. AAA+++

This business is run by a thief and a fraud. I brought my laptop to him in Jan. 2026 due to…read morecharging port needing to be replaced. Tech told me he would need to order another charge port to replace the one that was malfunctioning and said it would take 4days for delivery. So, they would need to keep my laptop for 7days. I agreed and paid $130 when I picked it up after it was so-called repaired. Four months later my laptop started experiencing the same charging port problem. A Tech with SameDay TechPro came to my resident on 6/04/2026 and took my laptop back off and showed me where Phone Repair Pro did NOT replace the charging port, but used tape and super glue on the damaged original port that they claimed to replace with a new one. Today, 6/06/2026 I took my laptop to their location on 8541 W. Belfort Blvd #A to request a refund and showed clerk the photo images of the tape and super glue their Tech used on my laptop and did NOT install a new port part. The clerk refused my refund request and stated he could fix my laptop, but I would have to pay him again. I told him he did NOT fix my laptop the first time I paid him. He is very deceptive and unprofessional. He lied about replacing the part and declined giving me a refund for work the DID NOT do in Jan. 2026. If I could give this business zero stars I would. WARNING: DO NOT use this business for your repair needs. They will do a janky job and lie to you in order to take your money. #Beware!
