Replaced my Samsung Fold screen protector fast. The Samsung Store in the Galleria said it would take a week! Great job!

They have taken my money three times without fixing the problem. I've had 2 ps5 brought here on two separate occasions . Paid for them to fix it and they turned around said they couldn't and wouldn't refund the money paid. Claimed they still had to charge for diagnostics which we discussed the problem prior to them taking the game. Secondly I brought my daughter's phone here cause it kept cutting off. Paid for it to be fixed when I picked it up it was more damaged than before, it now had a green line across the bottom of the phone that would move around the screen. They are frauds and temporary repair stuff just so you can keep bringing it back. I recommend some other place. Don't go here. read more

I paid $180 to have a cracked screen replaced on a Google Pixel 5a. The screen lasted several months, but then one day just stopped working without warning. Phone still works when plugged into Android Auto in the car, but no screen. Phone wasn't dropped or damaged in any way. Screen just stopped working. Now this uBreakiFix store refuses to honor the advertised 1-year warranty and replace the screen. They claim that they are no longer a "corporate" store (as of last week - convenient) and don't honor the corporate 1-year warranty on work done before March 2022. And to top it off, when I asked for a "Corporate" contact, they gave me a non-working phone number. Could it be "corporate" cut this store loose due to poor performance? A different, independently owned uBreakiFix store (Cypress) said they would honor the warranty if it had been fixed at their store originally. But because they are independently owned, they can't warranty work done at a different location. As it turns out, by chance I came across another location that happened to be corporate owned. This location honored the warranty and replaced the screen with no questions asked. Avoid the West Chase uBreakiFix or be prepared to pay for work with no warranty. read more

They don't tell you everything they put on your phone and it is nothing genuine so if you want your screen to stop working in a month or two then this is the place for you. $250 for a fake screen and there was dust behind the front camera lenses like you think they would at least do it right read more

Honestly, horrible customer service. Went in for a cracked screen and after they fixed it my Face ID was not working. The guy said he couldn't do nothing so I call asurion to let them know what happened. We make a new claim and they send me to this store again and they refused the service. The guy at the front desk literally said "there's nothing we can do about it" didn't even bother to look at my phone. He just said "I see the claim here but there's nothing we can do" when I call the store he says "bring it in and we'll take a look" AFTER I was in there like 5 minutes ago?? Very bad service. There was another guy complaining before as well. So if you're making an insurance claim make sure to request for another store. They give false information and don't even try to help.
