I went to T-Mobile to upgrade my phones for my wife and my self a couple of months ago our phones…read morewere 8 years old and started to miss calls went in because that is where I bought them they have been working get until then so I talked to one of the guys there i told him that I'm old school don't know about all the fancy stuff on the phones so he suggested witch phones would be best for the wife and myself so I agreed and bought two of them they had to be ordered and would be delivered to my home in a few days after I received the phones we set down to get them up and going not as easy as i was told we tried for a few days finally gave up went back to the store and young man came over to me i told him what my problem was he acted like I was a real dumb person he took the old one and the new one and he worked on it for over a half an hour finally gave them back to me and said all done but it will take a little longer before everything would transfer to the new phone so I left about an hour later I turned her new phone on and it was blank not only did nothing transfer to the new phone but it also deleted everything from the old phone all the pictures phone numbers everything so the next day I went back to the store again not in a good mood and basically I was told owell sorry I was really ticked off I asked him how much to just pay the phones off then I was going to leave T-Mobile i paid them off left went to the spectrum store talked to lady explained what happened she took the phones number one she explained that the new phone doesn't use a Sim card number two he never turned on some of the settings that it needed to work luckily she took out the Sim card from the new phone put it back in the old phone and everything came back on the old phone then in about five minutes time she had everything transfered over to the new one the wife is very happy and spectrum has two more happy customers

I took it to the Ithaca store where I was initially told it would have to be sent to Samsung for repair and there would be a $49 charge. I paid the charge and the tablet was returned 2 weeks later. After another 2 weeks it malfunctioned again. I returned to the store and was told I would have to pay another $49 to have it sent out for repair again. After a brief discussion I was referred to a manager who approved waiving the second $49 charge. 2 weeks later I received a message that the unit could not be repaired and it would be replaced. I went to the store to obtain the replacement but due to their system being down I was told to return in a few days. A few days later they still could not give me a replacement but I was told that I would obtain credit for the faulty unit and I could purchase a replacement and as soon as their system allowed the credit they would call me. After several days and not receiving a call, I went to the store again. they told me the person(s) I needed to see were not there but they would call me. No call so I returned to the store again. Same result...right person(s) not there but they would call me. Still no call so yesterday I went online trying to call the store. Was told they could not connect me to the store but promised I would receive a call back by 5 PM EDT yesterday. Still no call.

When I complained saying I didn't agree to pay for a damaged product the guy reminded me that I had already signed an agreement (I did, but that doesn't make it right) and that all sales were final. A few years later I came with a different MacBook that wasn't charging. I was told over the phone that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. So I declined their business. I then went over to Ithaca Mac Repair who told me all I needed to was to clean the charging port with rubbing alcohol. Overall the customer relations were horrible, and they did not do quality work whatsoever. Mabe no one will ever see this review because of the messed-up algorithm, but if you do please don't give this shop your business it's not worth your time or money.
