WOW.... This particular corporate AT&T store has really gotten some bad reviews. I'm pretty amazed because I have been here quite a few times and I've never once had a problem or had bad customer service. Most recently, we went here to get our new iPhone Xs and Apple Watches. Carlos helped us and he was amazing. Really friendly and fun to talk to. We ended up not getting the new devices because once upon a time ago, AT&T added the tax to your next bill. Now, even if you're upgrading (like we were doing), you have to pay the tax up front. Tax on over $2 grand is a good chunk of money, so rather than deplete our checking account way down, we just decided to wait 10 days until our next payday. Because the Jaguars playoff game had started while we were there, we decided to have a seat in front of their large flat screen and watch the game. We had a great time watching with the all the employees and joking around with them. But, every time a customer would come into the store, an employee would immediately jump up and leave the game and give the customer their undivided attention! Before this visit, hubby dropped his iPhone 6plus and cracked it all to hell; couldn't even see the screen it was shattered so badly. We still have our old 5s iPhones, so we popped into the store and they switched his memory card out for him. No charge and we were in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. I don't recall the employees name, but she was all smiles, very friendly, and eager to help us in any way she could. Bottom line is I have never had a problem with this store. I'm glad we have a corporate AT&T store so close to where we live and I will continue to happily do business here. read more

My phone's sim card was damaged and had to go to a couple different AT&T stores where they did not try to troubleshoot the issue. As soon as i walked in they quickly knew the issue and the resolution and i was out within 10 minutes. read more

My wife and I spent the past 3 hours with Carlos (store manager) to merge her AT&T account with my FirstNet account. We spent 2 hours earlier today with 611 to try to make this happen but ultimately was told to go to a store since they couldn't fix the problem over the phone. Thankfully this location is a corporate store which has knowledgeable staff like Carlos to make this happen. The store closed at 6 PM and Carlos was beyond patient and helpful to ensure our needs were met before leaving at 7:30. Couldn't recommend this location enough to anyone looking to buy a new phone or get assistance from a superior customer service representative. I will be back soon to buy an iPhone 15 from this location! read more

Have been going to this location for years with no problem. Then this year everything changed. Bought an iPhone here and had been paying insurance on it for a year and a half. I had taken the case off it and found damage to the back. Called to file a claim and was told I didn't have insurance. Clone to find out when my daughter got her new phone the month before the associate helping her instead of adding the ProTech 4 plan accidentally removed my protection plan. When I went to the store the manager told me there was nothing she could do because I was trying to commit insurance fraud. Then told the girl who was helping me that I was lying about him deleting my insurance ( other than my receipt) and that I was just trying to get a free phone. read more

went to this at&t SO MANY TIMES for a simple issue they continuously failed to fix. NOT TO MENTION THEY HAVE FAILED TO LINK OUR PHONE AND INTERNET BILLS SO WE CANNOT ACCESS OUR PHONE BILL UNLESS WE GO TO A STORE OR WAIT FOR OUR LINE TO BE SUSPENDED IN ORDER TO PAY OFF AN ALMOST $400 BILL WE DIDNT EVEN KNOW ABOUT!!!!!! i preordered the 13. got marked as delivered a few days later. waited two days and asked our mailman if he delivered a package on the day it "delivered" (he said yes). so at that point we assumed it was stolen off our porch, so we called the help center (+1 800-331-0500). they then said they were sending another one. the next day a phone comes with priority shipping, so i assumed it was the second phone (spoiler: it wasn't). i go to activate it & we had to switch sim cards because it wouldn't activate. i told the worker i had to order a second one because the first one got stolen & he seemed to understand. an hour later after i've already gotten home, my service turns off once again. about two days later, i get another phone (this was supposed to be the second phone that the helo center sent me). so i go to at&t with both phones to ask what i should do. i let them know the order in which they came & every minor detail. all they did was override it & reactivate the same phone, then told me to send the second one back. i went back to this at&t about 4 times after to keep reactivating my phone because it was continuously shutting off. finally i decided to go to a different at&t to ask for help. they notified me that this at&t has been activating the wrong phone the entire time. they said it was good i didn't send the other phone back because that was the one that should have been activated. they activated my phone, emailed me a return label, and told me what to do from there. the other at&t (by the beach) was wayyy more helpful & knowledgeable. read more

Do not use this store! They sold me a phone that didn't work. It took dozens of trips to store and i had too mail it to two different technicians before it was finally repaired by Samsung. I had to go without a phone for two months after paying over $500 for it. All managers were incompetent and gave me the run around. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS STORE! read more

Avoid this store like the plague. Went to this store last week to buy a cell phone it took me 1 hour to get out! I watched while lazy customer service people hid out in break room until I complained. This location will not answer your calls via phone so don't waste your time. Customer service guy was in BIG HURRY to get me out of store and I did not have anytime to ask questions about new phone. I have called AT&T Jacksonville South side locations and they answer straight away. Again don't do business at the Nautica Drive location unless you have time to waste.My advice to AT&T headquarters fire everyone at this location and start over. read more

Can it get any worst. I guess YES it can. This time when you buy a brand new phone and walk out the door and walk right back in. They don't have to fix it. We got new phones and Linda's phone transferred everything just like that. Mine on the other hand transferred diddly squat. I went back in and the lady fixed my contacts. Ok they are there. Today I needed my notes. Nope not there so I look a little farther. It transferred 14 pictures. Hell, I took that many slicing 15lbs of bacon today. I went back up after work and they can't fix the problem. I even charged my old phone so they could get into it. You know the old fashion way with plug this phone in and that phone in. Wham bam everything is good. Nope Mr. Poop POop Head says it's not our problem it's Apple and you will have to go the town center. Now, there is nothing I like in or about the town center. SO long story short. Our son in law came over for something and he played with my phone. He got it transferred and I didn't have to go to the town center. Live is good and I have a new I-Phone 5s.
