The representative said that she could take my credit card by phone unsecured and I declined that not wanting to compromise my credit card. She then stated that I could waste my valuable time going into the store and placing the order although this was not an option I wanted, but while out I stopped by the store and placed the order 10 days ago with the delivery date for three days later, last Wednesday. I received a confirmation email that my order shipped with an estimated date of May 22, 2024.. Last Wednesday the order was never delivered, and I never received the courtesy of a call or an email or any communication from this company with a delivery update. Today I called the local store and spoke with its local manager, who proceeded to tell me that for some reason my order had been cancelled by phone, a request I never made. Then he told me I could call the help desk number of which he was very happy to give me. I declined and asked him if he would handle it and he said no. What is the point of a Manager who is unwilling to help customers? I used to care about companies failing esp storefront businesses, but I no longer care about this company failing. I will do business elsewhere since Office Depot/Max does terrible business and clearly does not care about its customers! PS Don't offer better deals online that you have no intention to honor. Nothing like a bait and switch! I am also a rewards customer who has done business with them for over 15 years but that means nothing.

Amazon) but they had to buy, ship and warehouse this stuff long before sale. Here's my favorite thing. Very often I will receive a last second notice to ship something somewhere and I don't travel with a printer 24/7. OfficeMax to the rescue! Armed with a USB drive and a scant 11 cents a page. . .print whatever you need at a self serve document center all day long! Always a good selection of deep discount clearance items and a helpful staff. (The only thing I am not certain of it their computer service center reputation). Approved!

As a result, I know what good customer service is, and this is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen. I was told, more than once, someone would call me, but I never received any of the calls I was promised. My PCP sent Delta a prescription for a CPAP machine, but, over a month later, I had not heard from them. So I called Delta, and after several minutes, someone was able to figure out what I was asking about. I was told my insurance would not pay until I had another sleep study. The sleep study was not an issue, but, after over a month of knowing this, no one from Delta contacted me about scheduling one. After receiving the results, I took a copy of the test results to Delta, and I was told someone would be calling me. It was the same as every time I was told someone would call me, no one did. After a week, I called Delta, and the person who answered the phone seemed confused not understanding what is asking about, and all I inquired about was the status of my getting a new CPAP. My call was placed on hold so they could look into the situation, and I was on hold so long, Delta's system disconnected me. I called back, and I was told that the person who processes insurance claims had been out of the office for approximately a week. I was again placed on hold, and, after an unacceptable amount of time, I hung up. My observations are (these are just the high points): No one seems to understand the concept of customer service; Delta does not seem to care about customers; the employees (or their computer system) do not communicate with each other; Delta can not be bothered with contacting customers; no one in the Jonesboro office seem to know what is going on;
