I have never dealt with such incompetence from a store before. Due to Covid 19, their stores and…read morephone lines were closed, leaving their customers to rely on email, texting, and live chatting to handle current rentals. This would have been fine if they actually responded to said forms of communication in a timely manner or at all. I emailed the company multiple times and received no response. I tried texting them and would receive a response once out of every 5 or so tries. On top of that, when I dealt with representatives through their texting service they would tell me they had completed my request (inputting addresses and measurements), only for me to find out days later that they had actually not done so. When I actually was able to speak with a representative, I was met with rude and arrogant workers. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone and will never utilize their services again.

Staff has always been respectful and quick to offer assistance. Sales and transfers went without hitches. Staff has been especially helpful with gunsmithing projects. They always completed them quickly and satisfactorily. This week, they removed an existing AR barrel and installed a new one I provided in about an hour while I waited. Good communication happened during this as staff working on this had not previously done this with the particular arrangements (standard mil-spec.) on my AR/barrels. His willingness to listen to me prevented unnecessary and parts damaging steps he originally thought had to be done to complete this task. Took the AR to Jonesboro Shooting Sports Complex today. It functioned flawlessly, zeroed easily and delivered expected accuracy, hitting 10" steel @ 200 with red dot sight.

Their Clearance section is typically hilarious. $1.99 for a shirt? ... Yes please. Who even needs to do laundry? Put it on, cut the grass, remove shirt and place in compost. This store is pretty big for the area. In fact, the entryway is sort of a desert. Fun to see how they try to put a rack or display here and there to break it up a bit. Once you cross that barren space an oasis of low thread count cotton awaits you. Low prices abound for generally good quality youthful clothing.
