He is selling used cell phones for more than $200. The owner will tell you that you can return the phone until you buy it and try to return it at which time he says he has a "no refund" policy. There is NOT a NO RETURN NO REFUND sign as required by consumer practices posted any where in the store. This company is a rip-off. He had the OEM screen along with a cheaper knock-off brand. As usual you get what you pay for, so I opted for the OEM part. Said he'd have it done in an hour. So my wife and I ran another errand and came back. He was just finishing up with my phone. The new screen was so much more brilliant than what the old was, even before breaking the glass!
