She called me and I called Batteries+ and confirmed they had the right size Duracell Gold Star battery for her car. Got a tow from Urena Towing - also recommended! - and everything was taken care of very promptly. This is the second time that I've had that particular battery installed by them, different location for the first one, and I've been very happy with that model and quite happy with the installation service both times and will probably continue using them for my car batteries.
