Doors said they open at 10 AM and their website says the same thing. It was 9:30 when I got there so I decided to wait. I waited til 11:15 before I decided to try to get home! Again, I am completely lost in this new area, and I had to drive around for an hour before I finally realized where I was and made it home. If they would have been open at their normal time this wouldn't have been an issue! Very disappointed this all happened and wasted almost 2 hours of my time not to get help.

Sir Hubbers phone diagnosis: Phone needed a new front, a new back & a new battery. It was completely destroyed lol Hubby picked out a green phone case, as he had a green case initially. They told him to come back in 4 hours to pick up his new fixed phone. Something didn't go right with the green case & they didn't have anymore so they just gave him a gold one instead. We came back & they told us that bc he needed all three pieces, front, back & battery, they gave him a discount on the 3 items, plus they had run out of the green covers, so they gave him the Gold one. Fast Forward a week: Sir Hubbers LOVES his new Gold phone & it works perfect! Sir Hubbers is so very happy with it. OuiOui. Awesome phone service & very fast! Your truly better off going to the at&t corporate store in Sherman than dealing with these guys…read more They don't know their product line and if you dare to question them or tell them they're wrong, expect to have them turn their back on you and walk off. Recently I was shopping Sonim PTT phones. I looked at the new Sonim XP8 which is an android touch screen with a walkie-talkie button on the side. I asked how much it was but was told that unless I was a verified first responder that they could not tell me the price or give me any information on it. Additionally they said the phone only operated on at&t's FirstNet responder network. I left laughing with my Sonim XP6 in hand calling at&t on speaker and asked them about this, they told me the phone was an android phone and could be purchased by anyone and worked well on at&t's regular network. I lodged a complaint with the store manager about the sales person and was asked to leave and not come back unless I was a first responder. I guess being on a fire department does not qualify for being a first responder I said as I walked away. This location is only a franchise store and not owned by the at&t corporation. Don't waste your time being insulted here.
