Super friendly staff that I dealt with and helped me every step of the way when I had issues or questions. It was super busy when I got there but they took it all in stride and things moved rather slowly but super smooth which made the wait not bad at all. Deceptive, rude, added on features I didn't ask for. Signed me up for the very highest plan. Sold me a watch to go with my new phone and then added a data plan for the watch which I didn't want. Add insurance for the phone and watch which was not asked for. Went back in today to talk to the representative and/or manager and they hid in the back. Two reps that we our front were extremely rude and not helpful. There was one rep who actually apologized for the issue. The others made snide remarks. I will never do business at this store front again. read more

Staff I have talked to at this location have been indifferent or rude. Also- not very well informed compared to AT&T stores I have visited in Austin. Ever talked to a retail sales person who seems like they either don't care about their job, or they don't care about you? If not, come to this store. I've been trying to trade in my phone for an upgrade, and talked to several staff members about pricing and availability. I'm going to drive into Austin store to do it. read more

We had a great experience at AT&T this week. My phone had shut down and looked like it was at the point of no return. Sam was extremely helpful the first day helping me with changing my iCloud settings and getting my phone to at least start making calls again. She also helped me order a new phone which arrived at my house the next day. Today I went in at 10 and Kevin helped me get my new phone set up- which ended up being extremely difficult because of the condition of my old phone. Kevin was extremely nice, patient and helpful. He was able to help me and several other customers. There was also a young blonde woman working there, who got coloring sheets and markers for my daughter to play with to keep her busy while I was getting my phone fixed. I was there no more than an hour :) read more

Came in to transfer a line from one device to another after talking someone on the phone (was told I had to suit in person). A gentleman named Michael said I just needed to take the SIM card out of the one device and move it over. I asked if he could do it because I did not have the tool. He took the SIM card out of the iPad and put it in the new device. He then told me that where he put it was not where the SIM card goes, but in fact it does not have a place for a SIM card. I asked him to take the SIM card out of the device and put it back to the old one until I could figure out what to do next. He said it was stuck and he couldn't get it out. So I asked him what can we do? I cannot leave her with one device without a SIM card and the other device with a SIM card jammed in the wrong place. He told me I was fine and didn't need it anyway. He then went to talk to his manager after getting really rude and disrespectful with me. He came out and said there was nothing they could do and I needed to leave. I kindly asked him to get his manager so we could problem solve this. The manager, Samatha refused to come out of the back to talk to me. Michael basically said we're not going to do anything so you can leave again and I said I'm not leaving until my original device is fixed. Either they could provide me a new device or fix the problem. Michael slammed the door to the back and never returned. At this point I was almost in tears. I had a one year old toddler with me and I was getting my moms device (she has stage 4 cancer) and trying to get it set up to give to my 88 year old grandfather. I finally asked the remaining 3 employees if anyone could help me, and finally a guy named Gavin sat down with me and slowly worked on getting the SIM card out of the new device. We got the iPad out back together and he helped answer some simple questions. I am so thankful for Gavin and his kindness, but I will never return to that store. Also, I will highly recommend everyone I know the not as well. The manager Samantha never came out of the back the whole 30 plus minutes I was there. I've never dealt with this kid if customer service. I was shocked to be treated like this in our little small town. read more

Terrible service and rude staff! When the Samsung phone I'd purchased less than 4 weeks earlier quit working I went to the Marble Falls AT&T store to get it replaced. The blond woman with tatoos on her arms told me I'd have to send it in to Samsung for warranty replacement. I told her I needed a phone today to run my business and couldn't be without one for the 1-2 weeks it would take Samsung to replace it. She told me the only way I could get a phone today was to either pay off the balance I owed on the inoperable phone ($500+) or add a 2nd line. She was extremely rude! I left and went to Walmart where I purchased a Direct Talk phone so I would have some form of communication. Next day I called AT&T and was told that since the new phone failed less than 30 days from purchase they would send me a new one. They also said the rude employee should have offered to replace it when I visited the store. I will avoid this store at all costs! read more

This store is awful. I feel I was deceived multiple times in this store. First, I was told they would be able to transfer "everything" from my old phone to the new phone I was getting. I didn't want to get a new phone if I was going to lose any text messages, pictures, or videos. I let them know this was a priority. Needless to say, despite all the efforts I made (3 long trips to the store, multiple times to try to update, adding iCloud storage), I lost my text messages and many photos and videos. Secondly, I was sold an AARP membership that was supposed to give me multiple savings with AT&T ($30 per month), come to find out this membership is only good if I am the account holder (I am his wife); next I was told the phone was FREE. Oh, did we forget to mention you have to pay the tax? I thought FREE was free... In addition, I purchased a screen saver that I was told would be replaced absolutely free, no questions asked if it cracked or broke. You guessed it, it cracked. Again, I had to pay the tax. Oh but wait, not the tax on the actual in-store price for this product, some made up price (so the tax was just about double what the tax would have been if I purchased the screen saver in the store that day). On top of all this the employees were rude and even the manager hung up on me after. Maybe I shouldn't have said I was going to leave an unfavorable review. So be it. I won't be going back to this store and will most likely leave AT&T after all these years. read more

I am an AT&T phone customer, so I went by ths AT&T store here in Marble Falls to buy a home charger. The three women working today were not interested in helping me at all. I was never asked if I needed help, what I might have needed or even acknowledged. I got a charger and a cable off the rack and stood for over 20 minutes while they went back and forth to the back and show room. I finally left and went to Verizon where it took me 5 minutes to purchase a charger. Won't be back.....ever! read more
