Terrible. Don't go here. I brought my phone in on September 6th to have the screen fixed due to minor cracks. When I went to pick it up, I was advised to get my battery replaced as well. I agreed, so I had both services done and also purchased a protective case. On October 26th, my screen started detaching from the phone on one side, and I could actually see the inside of my device. I decided to bring it back to the shop since I had just gotten a new battery last month, and I hadn't dropped or damaged it. They told me the battery was "swelling" again because I "charge my phone too much." Mind you, my phone is rarely even charged to full. I left today without my phone being properly fixed--and it's actually in worse condition now. The screen was lifted again to check the battery but wasn't even glued back down. My phone got worse every single time I went to this shop. read more

He greeted me upon arrival to the store, promptly took care of me, and David, the technician, quickly started working on my screen replacement. They carry cases for all kinds of phones, watch bands, including bling type, and camera lens protectors, too. I love my Airpod bling case as well as my watch cases. Prices are reasonable. They repaired my phone in about an hour and a half and put a uv screen protector. I left the store, and as the night went on, my phone wasn't responding to my face or finger ID. I called John first thing in the am, and he instructed me to bring it back in. I took it to David and he troubleshot it and repaired the phone.. great service, lots of phone case choices as well as AirPod cases. Bling Apple Watch bands as well. I fully recommend Mr. phone fix! I contacted him through yelp late at night about an inquiry on fixing my son's iPad screen, and he immediately responded and we scheduled for the following morning. He fixed the screen in just a couple of hours & informed me of the issue to why the screen cracked while inside the case to begin with. He recommended a screen protector that would be safer to have on there, rather than the plastic screen cover it had previously. I have cruising San Pedro for cell repairs but the shops all look so grumgy and not place to sit and price gouge or do shoddy work. I found Mr. Phone Fix today and took in two phones and a tablet. I had bought new battery for one phone and had Memory cards to install in a phone and tablet. This is a family run shop and I believe they have a second location. The gentleman at the counter who helped me has been in the business for 25 yrs. I watched him take care of other customers more desperate than I as I sat in a comfy chair. What he could not answer his relative in the extended repair in the back could. I took 6 business cards to pass to my friends and neighbors who are all "Seniors" with limited knowledge even of their devices of some years. My front desk service person did not want to charge me a dime as I had come in with my own parts from Amazon and he spent 20 minutes with me.
