Walked in and Lashandra walked up and asked what she could do to help. told her what was needed and she knew right away what I needed and installed the new card in a few minutes at no charge. Worst AT&T location in the area. Customer service reps are not knowledgeable about procedures and services. A few are also rude. Not all but two or three can compromise the entire location. I personally went in this location and was told something could not be done with no explanation given. I proceeded to stop by the saddle creek location 30 minutes later and had my issue resolved within 15 minutes. East Memphis is terrible and can be related to south Memphis in my opinion. Why did I have to go to Germantown to get great customer service and an engaging experience? I do not recommend buying accessories from this store. If you do ask the salesmen about their return and restock fees before you purchase anything. They did not tell me about either when I bought a pair of 3rd generation AirPods in June 2022. I was told about the restocking fee ($55 on the receipt) after I purchased the AirPods. When I tried to return them today (more than 14 days after purchase but less than 30 days) the Manager said the return had to be done within 14 days. When I read the back of the receipt it said 14 or 30 days but he still refused to take them because "the 30 days is for businesses." When I explained that the receipt does not reflect his business reference he still would not take them back. I will go to the Apple Store in the future and avoid all AT&T Stores. I suggest you do the same. read more

The WORST group of workers, starting from the Manager. I went for an upgrade, and then cancelled it; I'm still being charged for the device and when calling the store repeatedly, they were of NO HELP and didn't seem at any bit concerned. I was out of town, and having discovered they held on to my phone for over a month, asked that my father come back and drop the phone back himself. If you have to go out of your way to go to another store, please do so. I've been with AT&T for over 14 years and this is by far the absolute WORST service I've ever received. read more

Without a doubt one of the least knowledgeable AT&T stores I've ever been in. Sales reps will acknowledge the customer, but do not offer much information over promotions, student/military discounts, etc. You as a customer will have to make the sales person talk. Do not recommend this location to anyone, specifically potential customers. read more

In need of a new phone during the pandemic, workers were giving nasty looks as soon as I pulled up. Employee named Melissa was no help and was rude with a nasty attitude as if I was inconveniencing her. Left with no new phone and actually witnessed her talking about me to her coworker literally right I'm front of me. Terrible service. read more

Poor customer relations skills from management (Nicole) to associate employees. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Most definitely the worst location I have ever visited. I waiting over an hour for someone to tell me how to get my phone fixed. The employees made no effort to inform me of anything about the process to get help. Therefore, I asked the security lady If I should take a number. After I spoke to the manager, I understood why the associates were so rude. Yesterday our sales rep did an excellent job working with me. He explained my bill and helped me get a better plan that fit my need and even saved me a little money! I got a new watch and service for that to go with the new phones I bought last month. He gave us excellent customer service but the blonde girl working with him ignored me when I asked her about AirPods and she just continued to sit in her chair and look at her phone. read more

I went in the store to change my SIM card from my old phone to a new phone I bought online, and the customer service rep told me she could not unless I was an authorized user on the account. The problem with that claim is that I AM an authorized user on my family's share plan. She just did not want to help me since I didn't buy the new phone from her. Don't go to this store for help unless you're buying from them. read more

Not the best AT&T store in Memphis but it's not the worst either. One good thing about the store is all the sales associates that I have dealt with are very knowledgeable about the items they sell. You also get a 10% discount if you're a AARP member which is a good deal. One of the bad things about the store is that they open late and close early. Another is if they are busy you might as well plan on being there awhile because they don't get in any hurry. The last thing I don't like about the store is they don't have a main phone number you can call if you have a question. You have to go to one of the stores or your out of luck. read more

My Bluetooth stopped working. I brought it back and got the run around about the receipt. I had it with me. Bad service. Not interested on customer service. Worse phone service in town. I would not give them a one star but you can't post unless u give a rating. read more
