Went in to upgrade phones and check plan eligibilities. Pick a plan I was told would work. Set everything up to exchange phone two day later, went in to be told the plan I was changed to was not eligible but they could set things up for more money per month. Wished i could give a 0 or -0. Bought a new i phone and the store did transfer my data, but it came to 6pm and was told to come back the next day to finish the setup. I came in at 9am and meet the most rude person in my life. He told me that finishing the i phone set up was my job not his. I explained it was my first i phone and needed help. He said again it was my job. I told him the previous person told me to bring in my i pad and get the phone finished so here I was to get it done. He said the other guy was new and didn't know anything and or how things were done?? So much for store value to the customer (ME) since I supposedly purchased a new phone from a dummy. A customer heard my conversation and helped me finish setting up my i phone. It did need two items an i phone and a i pad or another i phone to finish the set up. Stay away from this store it is a downer. I saw 3 other persons come in while getting my data transferred and none of them could get there problems fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The store is run by a bunch of young people who are selling plans that don't exist! Buyer beware, if ithe deal sounds too good that is because it does not exist. The store manager Sierra is the most incompetent of them all. When called about our issues, she would not call back. I had to go to store to confront and they all have IQs of about 7 and act like there us no problem they don't give receipts or paperwork. Ask for your deal in writing!!! Didn't mind that we had to make appointment - made it easier to have a set time. But there were only 2 employees working and many people waiting for walk ins. The first employee, Blade, was great. Figured out what we were wanting and needed to do. Then partially through our setup, Walter (I'm assuming he's a supervisor) forced him to switch out so that Blade would go to lunch and get back in time for Walter to get home for some "family thing". Didn't bother us, we get it. But the entire time with Walter felt so rushed. We ended up being there for an hour and a half and when Blade got back, instead of switching out again, Walter basically pushed us out the door. He never recapped everything we signed up for. When I tried asking what our monthly bill would be, he scribbled some numbers down and said "it'll be roughly this much with tax". We never even opened my phone to make sure it would work. And it doesn't. Since leaving, my phone was not ported over correctly. When I told him I got an error message in the store he basically shrugged it off and kept going. It took me dealing with probably close to 6 chat/phone reps to get it fixed by the next day. Almost 24 hours since our appointment and I STILL cannot get imessage or FaceTime to connect. I keep getting errors and no online reps can seem to figure out how to fix it, I just keep getting passed to others. I would do 0 stars but Blade was good during the time we were with him. The other employee made us feel so rushed and like he didn't care what we were doing, he just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Definitely don't recommend. read more

The wait time at the store is horrible. They obviously don't care about customers time or they would have more than 1 person working at a time. If there is more than 1 person working. Than don't take breaks when there are more than 10 people in the store waitting for customer service. Back again, and the wait is horrible again. This store is the slowest store I have ever been in for any type of business. This will be my last time since I aM here to discourage crappy services. read more

Clean store and glad we have one locally - however, too quick to sell a new phone versus make sure all data is transferred first.
