I went to the AT&T store in Palm Coast, and was so impressed by Margaret Morrissey. She is the manager that helped me switch carriers since T-Mobile was not servicing in the area. I moved to. She was courteous, professional, and very helpful and fast. We had a small hiccup transferring one of the phone lines and so she came out to my house after work to finish setting up the account. Don't waste your time with this location. Sat for an hour and got ignored. They don't deserve business.

Visited the location due to a 3 month old iPhone not working that was bought there. Appears to be a software issue. It was not damaged in anyway. After waiting 30 minutes they looked up the account. Tried to sell a warranty plan, Then told to call apple that it is not their problem. Poor customer service. I would not go back here. Obviously do not back any product or service they sell. read more

AT&T is exasperating! 11 months later we still have not received the promised $200.00 gift card. We have lousy service with AT&T and have been told if we cancel we will be penalized. $260. They offer no solutions. My husband was told he had to come in person. We are here at the AT&T store in PC talking with a polite employee who says he can't do anything because the person who sold us their products was a sub contractor and not an employee of AT&T. They will penalize us if we break the contract but they have broken it and refuse to honor it. read more

Good thing for them there aren't many options in Palm Coast. Staff are nice; however, the installers are deplorable. Had three scheduled appointments and they canceled all three after you sit home all day waiting. They can't even comply with a four hour appointment window. After the third appointment was missed we complained to the store manager. She made some phone calls and still nothing. Ready to explore other options and drop everything with AT&T/Direct TV. I usually frequent this store when I have issues with my iphone and usually have a wonderful experience. HOWEVER, NOT THIS TIME! When we entered the store, we were met (not greeted) by a woman named Nelsie who was the store manager. We asked to please be helped with transferring data from one iphone to a new one. Pretty simple for them. She hemmed and hawed and tried to avoid helping us all the while with major attitude as well as being rude and dismissive. Mind you the store was NOT crowded or busy otherwise we would have been very understanding We were happy to wait for an ATT associate who could help us. We started the process ourselves and actually figured out how to do it. Nelsie could not be bothered. And then she wouldn't get up from the computer stating how incredibly busy she was helping other associates. We witnessed none of this as she was laughing and joking with another associate while telling us she was very busy. Then we asked for assistance replacing a Body Guardz screen cover. Only now did Nelsie decide to take our names and put us in the queue. We patiently waited, while Nelsie continued to do nothing. After about 20 minutes, Darryl came out to help us. He greeted us with a bright smile and kind attitude - VERY different from this horrendous manager (NELSIE) who has NO BUSINESS BEING A MANAGER NEVER MIND CUSTOMER SERVICE. He helped us efficiently and in literally 2 minutes! Amazing. Honestly, Darryl should be the manager of the AT&T Store here on route 100 in Palm Coast. PS We are NEVER returning to this store again because of the dreadful Nelsie. read more

Although the guy there was very helpful, I had to wait about an hour to be seen. I might as well packed a picnic. Also, their wi-if sucks. The payment method they use in their I-pads wouldn't work correctly either. It IS cool and hip for them to use them, but a lot of that gets taken away when they don't work for what they are being used for. I've been there before a few times and got so angry after waiting that I just left. They need more employees there to help, especially during the weekends when they probably are busier. Also, I didn't see any restrooms in sight. You would think that they would offer their customers restrooms seeing that they take so long to get to you! read more

I went to the AT&T store on State road 100 with my new phone which I purchased at the AT&T store on Granada Blvd. John at the store on State Road 100, was very patient and helpful setting my phone up so that I could send and receive email. This experience was much different from the service that I received at the Granada store. I would recommend that anyone needing to purchase a phone, go to the Palm Coast store on State Road 100 and ask for John. He really understands the meaning of service. read more

In the last week I've been to two different AT&T stores. First, I stopped by the Daytona Beach store on ISB and there were quite a few employees, but extremely slow service! I was waiting near the door to the "back room" and employees kept going/coming. They weren't picking up phones or equipment because they would walk back there empty handed and return empty handed. Even the store manager was back there a lot...for what reason??? The employees, including the manager was not eager to take care of me...or anyone else. Not a friendly store at all...and I blame that on the management, AND corporate heads. Why are they not watching and evaluating the service in their stores. Will NEVER return to that store again! I also went to the AT&T store on SR 100 in Palm Coast. Again, poor service. Waited for about 20 minutes to have an employee try to resolve my problem on his ipad. He told me I should call AT&T on the phone and see if they could help me. Called AT&T and they tell me to call Spectrum since my internet/email service is through them. read more

I was in there a week ago, looking at upgrading a new cell phone and tablet. I was approached by the guy name oliver, later to found out he was the store manager. He had a horrible customers service. I wanted a iPhone plus but instead told me to get a different cheap phone cause I might not be able to afford it. Then go on to make smart comments on my race.. (black)... quoted that we are poor and cannot afford alot of things. I was so pissed and upset, and argue with him then he kick me out. Horrible horrible manager. Nvr going back. read more

I am so disappointed in the customer service AT&T give at their 5180 Hwy 100 Palm Coast store location. Today at 9:30 I went into the store to buy a new charging cable for my Iphone 5. The old one broke and was not charging. I went to the area that displays the cables. There were several to choose from. I wanted to get a good one so this does not happen again. There was an employee standing maybe 5 feet away from me. I asked him if he could recommend me a cable that would work best for me. He said to me. I am not clocked in now; you will have to wait till I clock in on this computer. I said Ok. I continued to stand at the display for 15 minutes. As he just stood looking at the cash register. As all 5 employees were just standing around. I finally said in a loud voice. Can someone help me? They all just looked dumbfounded. Then I just walked out of the store. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for over 20 years. I will never go back to the company store at 5180 Hwy 100 Palm Coast Florida 32164.
