This review is more about costumer service than actual service. I call them asking about how much will be to fix my tv screen ( I know is better buying a new one) I got it a week ago so I was hoping to get it fix than trash it . This amazing lady made sure I was giving her all the details and model of the tv , una fortunately they couldn't help me with it , but she when and help me on getting a solution in witch gave me a great idea and save me on spending 200 + dollars. I had an excellent experience with them in 2022, but this recent experience has been the worst experience that I have ever had trying to get a phone fixed. I went to the store to get a back screen replacement on an iPhone 14 Pro Max but when picking it up the first day, I received the phone with a broken front screen display and defects in the camera that were not previously there. I was told to return three days in a row to fix the same issue that was never resolved even with a new display being installed. When I tried to get it fixed from the other IFixScreen in Port Orange, I was told by the Daytona Beach manager that I could only come back to that location in Daytona Beach or they weren't going to deal with my case anymore. When I brought it back to that location, after being told to, they still did nothing with the phone while having it for six hours and was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for my refund two weeks ago and have yet to receive said refund. I had to go to the IFixScreens in Port Orange to get my screen fixed, which consisted of another front screen replacement done in only 30 minutes. Unfortunately, when going to the IFixScreens in Port Orange, I was charged an additional fee to fix the display screen issues caused by the store in Daytona Beach. I have been trying to get in contact with the manager about the refund and reimbursement for an entire week and he seems to have disappeared and I have received no answer from him, even after leaving my name and phone number with the employees. At this point, I've spent $600 and still receive no compensation. read more

Fixed my phone screen for about $230. One day i'm out and it rains and as soon as i notice i put my phone away and it barely even got wet. Next day, my phones screen is doing the same exact thing. I go back and they tell me that the best they can do is $160. then they walk back out and tell me $180?? $410 all together just to fix my phone screen...? I won't be going back. FYI I took my Tablet in to Fix a Cracked Screen. The devices powered up and the touchscreen worked fine... I paid 100 dollars and waited 3 days. Called twice and finally picked up my tablet. They told me my device would not charge. I took it home and it charges fine..,however,now the touch screen is not working. The tablet worked good when I took it to IFix Screens . Now it's not functioning and they refuse to refund me for my purchase... I am forced to buy a new tablet and all my stored information is now lost... Being new to the "I dropped my phone on asphalt like an idiot and shattered my screen club," I was scrambling to get it repaired on a Saturday morning during a short break from work. Knew about ifixscreens due to frequenting the Dunkin Donuts next door and gave them a shot. Walked in with a shattered screen and walked out about 15 minutes later with a new one and Mike was even nice enough to clean my back camera lens which had become clouded with dust. I'd say the replacement screen isn't quite as vibrant as the original Apple screen but it is functional and most importantly my phone lives to see another day. I took my phone in to have the charging port replaced. The folk were very knowledgeable and said that the charging port was likely just dirty and not faulty. They had my phone fixed and charging properly in a matter of minutes, for much cheaper that replacing the charging port. Even if they would have had to replace it, they were cheaper than two other places I called to see if my charging port could be replaced. This location is horrible. They do not honor their groupons. The owner lies about calling customers back. They take your devices and you have to stop by and call over and over to get it back. I live in Palm Coast, recently dropped my samsung galaxy s6 two times and destroyed the screen and led. Nobody would touch it because Samsung no longer supports this phone. I cracked my screen on a Samsung Galaxy 7. I was told that the screen would be in by end of business on Tuesday.... I called on Wednesday & was told Thursday. It is Friday and I called again. The person who answered the phone told me to call back in an hour... He said that he didn't even know whether or not the screen had been ordered. Ordinarily, this would not be a problem, but I paid a $50 deposit and "rush" service to have it by Tuesday. And it's now 3:45 pm Friday and it's not looking good. read more

I've came to this place like three to four times about my Mac Book Pro 13' Inch and I had hardware issues with it, it would turn on, however it showed a question mark folder. The technicians told me that it could be a possible logic board that is fired and it is going to cost me $200 possibly to get it fixed. I was shocked and declined the offer. Also, they seemed like none of them wanted to be there and they had attitudes in a sense. That kind of vibe was not welcoming to me. I just wanted to get my computer fixed. The next thing I noticed was that the tickets they wrote were poorly, described and inaccurate. When I took my computer there the first time, I noticed that he wrote the description of what was wrong was that "it doesn't turn on." that was inaccurate, my computer DID turn on, it just could not find the OS (because the hard drive failed.). After, going back and forth with these people, I got fed up and decided to fix it myself. and I only spent $81 for a new hard drive, and the tool kit to open it up. and sure enough I FIXED MY OWN COMPUTER, I was happy also upset because they tried tp "low ball" me out of $200+ for a possible messed up logic board. My logic board was not fired, because I created a bootable USB drive with Mac OS installed on it and it worked! but, they insisted that it was the logic board. I do not recommend going to them to get your computer fixed. Maybe not even your phone (story for that later.). They need to improve their attitude, ticket writing and all-around business. read more
