The team this company has is excellent, they guy had an excellent convo with me, I gave some pointers and recommendations and he was more than willing to give me the time. And even got my phone repaired under a hour! While speaking with the male he informed me it was a family owned business, I recommended possibly hiring more staff so he can focus on more important things! While exiting the parking lot of a small retail center, I came across this shop. I spoke with one of the gentlemen working that day and explained my situation. He assured me it was something they could fix and that it would only take a day or so. A few days later, I finally remembered to bring the phone with me and dropped it off. Just two days later, the charging port had been replaced, and the phone worked as well as it did when it was new. The repair cost was about $58, which I thought was very reasonable. The team did a great job, and I really appreciate the quick turnaround. This isn't my main phone, but it's nice to have a reliable backup again.

I ended up with a screen protector for an iphone and a cheap, aftermarket wireless charger -- for $60 value. I just wanted my $54.99 back, and never shop anywhere that says "no refunds." I am reporting them to the mall administration office as well. Get this kiosk out of our mall, which has already gone downhill!
