I never got a confirmation of the change so I emailed them back on our original confirmation email to confirm. Got the confirmation email back that the change I made was marked done. Fast forward to the day of the move. No one was there about 5 mins into the booked time so in my gut something told me to call. I was transferred to the person who handles the actual trucks and they advised the had me at a completely different time. Being that I was closing on my house this day and needed to be out at the time I booked for the new time was not reasonable. They kept advising they would try to come a little early. Ha what a joke. Not only did they not come at that time they kept pushing back the time from 1:30 to 3 to 5 and then "the truck broke down" and pushed me back to 7-8. The storage unit I had closed at 10 and there was no way they could complete the job before then. Reminder I closed on my house this day so this was no longer legally my home and I needed my stuff out and no other mover was available at the time. They never did come out that night and after me and my husband having to constantly call back and coordinate with my buyers they came the next day and showed up late again. The "compensation" they gave for their horrible service was laughable as well. I would never recommend this place. Save yourself the time and book almost anyone else to help with your move.

A friend referred Jon Chamberlain to us for the windows on our home. Getting him to the house was…read moreeasy, but getting a quote was not. After 4 months of texting, calling, and emailing him, we finally received a quote. Upon reviewing it, I selected the color I wanted to use and asked what the next steps were. I did not hear back from him for another month. At this point, I became frustrated and called La Maison Complete. Within 3 days I had a quote, so we decided to use them. We paid a deposit and placed our order with La Maison Complete. I emailed Jon, out of courtesy, to let him know that we had chosen another company. I received an email from him saying he'd already ordered our windows and that they could not be cancelled. Also that he "cannot return every message." Aside from the fact that we had never seen an official order or proposal, had signed no paperwork, not put down any deposit on the windows, he acted as if we were in the wrong, and his customer service is pathetic. If you "cannot return every message" then you should not be running a business. Period. When we realized we had two sets of windows coming, and were looking at potentially $30k in bills, we called La Maison Complete and asked them to cancel our order, which they did without hesitation. After letting Jon know that we'd taken care of the other order, but that we would like better communication, we received an email back from him asking, "So where do we stand on this?" So not only is he incompetent, he is also rude to his customers. Point being, if you are in the market for windows, call La Maison Complete. We wish we were working with them, as their customer service is head and shoulders above The Windoor Design Group. We are now concerned about what we will ever do if we have issues with the windows we were forced into buying from Jon. Lord knows he can't return every message.

When I first got started years ago, I was recommended Signs Express by a business colleague and boy was I super happy with the results! Quick installation, extremely friendly customer service, and quick turnarounds for orders. I was even introduced to some local volunteer opportunities by the owner Libby, and I have met some amazing people and networking through her, and love her other shop Libby's Flowers as well. Signs express has always met my business expectations and super convenient location to my office. I couldn't be happier with any other company! And as far as the obvious unnecessary slander to discredit the business owners and their ethics for whatever reason, that's a really sad and shameful move. Not only does it have ANYTHING to do with the company and its products, it's personally attacking the owners and attempting to discredit their services and what they have done for the community. Horrible, horrible service! Where to even begin?…read more First the lady showed up & disclosed that she has gained 75 pounds since her sobriety. That's great; you're sober, but I don't know you. Should I hide the medicine or alcohol? I don't mind her background, but it wasn't very professional to start off with that. Then she tells me that they do not clean toilets. According to this cleaning crew feces & vomit are considered a hazard. Well my 91 y/o grandfather does not have E. coli. This is absurd. You are a maid, paid to clean. Wear gloves. Do your job. My aunt calls the manager to complain about this. The manager says they do not clean toilets then texts the cleaning lady right away saying something about her sobriety comment. Well now I'm in an awkward position. The cleaning lady asks to speak with me then breaks down saying she was homeless & proud of her sobriety & that if she makes me feel uncomfortable she can just leave. Well now I'm totally uncomfortable in my own home. I got back from work to see that: 1. The bed was not made. The sheets were still in the dryer. Oh, with this company you have to wash your own sheets in order for them to make the bed, so I was told. 2. Plastic bags were not replaced in the emptied out bathroom garbage cans. 3. EVERYTHING was out of place. You could tell where they touched. Most of the stuff wasn't lifted up to be cleaned. It was cleaned around items. 4. Toilets were not cleaned since that's considered a "hazard." 5. The kitchen counter had sticky spots all over it. 6. Peanuts were found on the tv console. 7. The microwave was not cleaned. 8. The trash was not taken out. 9. I had a dirty towel on the floor that I used to wipe up the water from the shower. The lady hung up my dirty towel right over my robe. 10. She left trash that wasn't in my trash can right next to it instead of throwing it out. This place is a joke. I would not recommend this service by any means.
