When I asked what I needed to do, he walked back into the store without a word. After cleaning the corrosion, I again asked how to prevent the issue from happening in the future. His response was sarcastic: "try checking it once in a while," followed by, "I'm embarrassed for you." While he addressed the immediate problem, his attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome, as though I was a nuisance for asking questions.
