Told me there was a one year warranty. After a couple weeks the screen started bleeding and became unusuable. I took it back with my reciept and he told me there was not a warranty. He then charged me $120 for an after market screen that broke while it was in my pocket just a couple days later with a screen protector on it. I brought it back to him and for some reason gave him one more chance. Was charged another $100 for his after market screen just for it for break 1 day later after my phone fell onto my bedroom carpet. I brought it back to him and said my phone fell onto carpet and he instantly responded "this didnt break on carpet", basically calling me a liar. At that point I knew it was time to write a review and take my business else where. Complete waste of money with this guy.

Took it the corpus location cause the AP location was closed. They did an excellent job as well and found a case to prevent gravity winning the next round. Also put a free screen protector. Then took it to AP to fix my screen that I had forgot about. The young man advised the screen protector would be lost. He fixed it perfectly and also gave me another screen protector to replace the new that I had lost due to the repair. Excellent customer service and quality work. I would give them zero stars if I could. Brought an iPad Pro in for screen repair. It wasn't…read moreproperly calibrated to the old one so the ipencil is malfunctioning. I tried to get help with the issue and hit every road block along the way. iPad "tech" doesn't speak good English and uses his phone to translate. Had to call manager on his cell so I could communicate what the problem was. He told me to let him send it off to another store, who knows where, so they can maybe fix the issue. Deal breaker for me. I wanted it to either be calibrated in store to get it working or my money back with the old screen put back on. This is where it got ugly. He said he would not give me a full refund as he doesn't "do refunds". Kept telling me to look at the paper in front of me that has their policy on it. Yes it says no refunds, but also says they guarantee touch issues a few lines down. He says the touch is working, I disagreed. If it's not 100%, it's NOT working. I didn't pay for a 1/2a$$ job. He got ugly and told me to take it somewhere else for repair, that he would not give me a full refund. I said I would be disputing the charge with our bank for theft of service if he wouldn't give me money back and put my old screen back on. He didn't seem to care. Grabbed my old screen and walked out. DO NOT give them your business, you'll regret it
