At first he told me the trade in value of her phone was only $300... then he bumped it to $800 like he was doing us a favor... he then back tracked on the $800 and said that only applies to the newest iPhone after my mom said she wanted the mini or the iPhone 12. So okay fine, I then told him I would pay for whatever phone she wanted outright and he completely flipped the switched. First he said that was fine, then he went into trying to get me to put the phone on the bill which I declined because I just wanted to buy her the phone outright with no impact to the bill. I even told him I would pay off the remaining balance of her current phone and then purchase the new phone but he didn't want that either since she wouldn't be trading in the her current phone at that point. After stumbling all over his words trying to retract all the things he had just offered he finally said that unless I was going to put the phone on the bill he was not able to help me because buying a phone outright was "not possible" in that location. Very sketchy and made no sense. When I challenged him and asked for explanation there was none. Again it was very clear that he wanted to reap whatever benefit he gets from billing things to the account and doing trade ins. We left and won't be back.

Multiple…read morecomplaints have been filed with ATT directly via corporate due to Misleading and misguiding a senior who went in to pay $40 dollars on a bill which he has been doing for years without any problems primarily at other locations. But he decided to come in to this location since it was convenient and new. Manager Elli I believe , because she was vague and not clear surprising , if not she is the only manager as they have 3 employees as I have been told and a sales rep who has been there a week Vasu Dhall ala Vic as I was told Decided to tell him that he can get upgrade his phone and get a free phone. Long story short They added a new line to the account with a phone umber from a whole other state!! Some galaxy phone that he wouldn't even know how to use. And he didn't get a upgrade on his old phone. I was called to give permission as I was the primary on the account to confirm and I said no way! Vasu (Vic) lied to me saying he gave me a better data and he didn't he actually made it worse and cancelled a grandfathered account detail ! Couldn't explain why the phone number of the "free" phone was for a state 900 miles away! Even though speaking with me and not ending well with the manager as well as they did not want to provide any information for a District manager , general or regional manager. Not a name a phone number or a email All they said was call 611 which if your not aware they are just Retail authorized att not a corporate store. All they wanted to do was open a new line for their benefit and not for the good of the customer! After all this he left with the phone because he thought it was free and they said yes it is free But they didn't explain to him that he is paying monthly $10 plus tax on the bill! After being on the phone for a couple of hours with corporate which was helpful they told me to return the phone He went to return it and the store had no manager there Just two sales reps who have just started no supervision and no authority! I asked where the manager was, Vic replied " She is not here today! " no manager on duty! They explained you must pay a $55 dollar restocking fee ! For a phone that we are not keeping If you buy a phone return it 2 days later you have to pay them to give it back! After they lied to you mislead and misguided. They take advantage of seniors elderly and I' can only imagine anyone who is not informed or just trying to go in trusting they have some professionalism and knowledge of what they are doing Avoid this place it needs a whole new staff I hope that the complaints have not been thrown under the rug!

    Two years ago, my husband and I broke up with our wireless carrier at that time and rebounded…read morequickly. We decided to go with Verizon and signed up at this location. It was around Black Friday too, so Verizon had some really great packages and some military discounts, so the heartbreak didn't last too long. Back then, a guy by the name of Justin took care of us and he was fantastic! He made sure that all applicable promotions were applied and was super patient with the phone data transfer (GUILTY as charged on the 10,000+ photos...sorry, not sorry) and made sure I did not lose a single one of the 20 different angles of dishes I ate or cooked that year and yes, of my family too. He was a really nice guy. Two years later, we came looking for Justin and we were sad to hear that he no longer worked at the shop, but we got referred to Ed who was just as wonderful and thorough. Ed also made sure that all applicable promotions were applied. When I returned to pick up the phone, he double checked to make sure that the promotion we had discussed was the better of the new promotions that went into effect between the time we ordered the phone and the time I picked up the phone at the store. Now, 20,000+ photos later, (nope, still not sorry), Ed was equally patient (and laughing with me or dare I say laughing AT me? but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say laughing WITH me) to transfer all the data over to the new phone. Ed was great at multitasking too. He was helping me and another customer at the same time, but not in a rude way, more in an efficient way. While he was on the phone with Verizon helping the other customer, he started the process on my phone while he was on hold. I was happy to be reading while waiting and socially distancing in the seating area, while Ed and the other customer was seated at Ed's workstation. Ed came over any time he had questions. Ed made it pleasant and gave us another reason as to why we had made the right choice with Verizon. After 2 years of our relationship with Verizon, our old carrier seems to be a distant memory. What was their name again? COVID-19 observations: All employees are wearing masks. Notes on Verizon: in the past year, we have enjoyed Disney+ free for one year due to the partnership with Verizon. Now that the free year has ended, we were going to sign up for the paid plan, but we found out that Verizon was offering a bundle of Disney+, ESPN and Hulu for about the same price as Disney+ by itself so that was a no brainer. Plus, the reception has been so much better than our previous carrier. Can you hear me now? LOL...(I just had to). Stay safe, Friends!

Justin Butler helped me realize why Verizon is still and will forever be the best choice for mobile service. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Walked out with a brand new phone and am only paying a few dollars more per month. He even helped me combine my streaming services and saved me money there. Best sales experience yet in a Verizon store, and I have been a customer for over 25 years.

They said no take it and we will order the smaller use this one until it comes in. Went back, Watch was the wrong one. They said don't worry it's our fault come back in a week. Called, nothing. Went back in they said oops too late you can't return it. The rep acted like I was trying to be slick and getting a new watch! He was like "it's used you can't switch it". Now I'm stuck with the most expensive watch that I never wanted and I can't exchange it! I can't even sell it as I owe more than it's worth. Don't go to this location. They give Verizon a bad rap. I do not recommend getting an Apple Watch from Verizon and especially not from this location.
