I quickly stopped by to pickup a reward that Loren told me would be available today. Some older gentleman to my right asked if he could help me as I walked into the store. I told him the reason for my visit he said that that would be available NEXT Tuesday. Would not have been a big deal. Other than the fact that I was just given incorrect information. It was the tone in the attitude of this person and some female, who were sitting in a cluster of Tmobile workers in the back that had nothing to do with our conversation decided to chime in and told me that I "Could check the app". I guess she didn't realize that SHE was getting ready to get checked....therefore I subsequently told her that , "I came in because I was told that it was available today". She had nothing to do with what I was discussing with the other gentleman...but I guess if you don't have anything else to do with your time to sit back in the corner, giggling and BS-ing with your coworkers, you can chime in on conversations that DO NOT involve you! "Wrong person....wrong day! I guess someone needs a lesson minding their own damn business!

First of all we had purchased our new phone from a different location and had to go to the Brandon store to pick it up. The store was clean, well stocked and had comfortable seating. Kai greeted us when we entered the store. He was with another customer at the time but after a couple of minutes, came over to help us. He was very informative, patient and professional. Kai made sure we understood the new changes we would experience with the phone, informed us about accessories we were interested in and made sure the new phone was set up properly. Because we had purchased the phone elsewhere, he knew he would not be able to receive commission on the sale. However, he treated us exceptionally well. Sam, the rep who assisted us, was kind enough to take my phone in the back (I wasn't able to hear my dad's voice yet) and make a copy of the voicemail on his phone so he could send it back to me in an email attachment that could be saved permanently with no risk of losing it. His kindness during this difficult time was greatly appreciated. He even helped us set up the new phone on my car's Bluetooth. Great customer service.

Unfortunately I didn't realize right away but the store committed fraud & added all kinds of things to my account. I had double lines added with added features I never asked fir including a watch I never received. I was told by several employees & current manager that they fired everyone from that store on Nov. 2023 including manager regarding fraud. So I thought great they know I'm telling the truth & shld be able to get everything corrected & credit/refund to ny acct. It is Aug 2024 & my phone is still disconnected due to non-payment even though I have given tmobil $1294 this year with the last payment was end of March. I stopped paying once I made complaint & as of today it has not been resolved. It took me 6 weeks to talk to manager of store. He was never there & only returned 1 phone call from the dozen of times calling store, going to store & leaving a message w every employee in store including asst manager. I was told only manager can do refund/credits. I also wA told I have to call customer service as far as removing everything & connecting phone. I spoke to several managers in customer service & yet still I sit w no phones on for the whole family. My son just started his senior year at bloomingdale high-school & we have no way to contact each other & he also has no way to contact his teacher's etc.. This is unacceptable & I'm taking this complaint to the top. BBB, FTC, Corporate & lastly lawsuit if I can't get resolved. I have notes on every person I have spoke too including dates & times. I have receipts & screenshot on everything I have tried to do to correct the issue. This is UNACCEPTABLE for anyone!

The clerk told me that she had one open box and I informed her that I would refuse to purchase a previously opened box, so she said she would order two from another store. The next day she called to say my phones were in. Upon arrival, I reiterated my concern about not wanting an open box item and was assured that these were new and unopened merchandise. My boyfriend's phone ported fine, but lo and behold, when they tried to Port mine, the SIM had already been assigned to another user (only accomplished by opening the box) and the phone could not be ported. If it wasn't bad enough that they lied to me, they also spoke only Spanish in front of me, when clearly I was making the transaction in English. Associates don't come less rude or incompetent. Don't waste your time in this store. The Brandon store is only a few miles up the road and you will be treated with tons more respect. A one star rating is far too high for the Riverview store.
