Jessica was able to go through all my transactions the experience better than expected. Thank you jessica for making my wife and I like family ,jessica professionalism was upstanding ,the patience of her was amazing. I have three little kids they come and go everywhere and she had the patient and understanding of Dealing with them. Her vision as AT&T team goes beyond by providing everyone a great service and professionalism. One thing I would like to mention was that she went out of her way to talk to my wife about importan detail in our family plan wow thank you . First time I was told or yelled at by an ATT customer service from this store to "DON'T EVER COME BACK HERE!' On 3/16/26 I went to ATT. I asked Lee for the same wallpaper another ATT guy helped me on 3/15 but the photo I used on 3/15 was the wrong 1. I'm always thankful, always saying please, please I need 1 quick ask for help. This guy Lee's not really wanting to help or he works for all these ATT products & told me he doesn't know anything about iphone. His tone of voice is impatient, makes me feel I'm stupid No one's there@AT&T. It's hopeless. I walked away. Lee screamed at me (behind my back) & said loudly, 'DON'T EVER COME BACK HERE!" I asked for the manager but waiting & waiting so I just decided to leave telling him I'll call to file a complaint. I can't find file a complaint at ATT website. Customer service is key and that key is missing here. There is one dealing with customers named Stephen and he speaks with an outdoor voice where his rude and rough style of dealing with customers is on loud speaker that we wish can be muted. I've been coming to this branch for 10+ years and the service has declined greatly, I've been an AT&T customer for 25 years and this is not very encouraging. Also long lines and reps don't acknowledge customers right away as other branches would acknowledge incoming customers with a wait list etc. Lots of room for improvement!!! read more

Beware of Bao, he is a Vietnamese speaker who scammed my family by adding insurance on our lines without our permission. Then he had the audacity to call us and ask us to take it off. AT&T ended up charging us for the whole month for the insurance without refunding us. read more

I have yet to find AT & T rep that can help me transfer a business account to a personal account and get 2 apple watches off my account. none of this canbe done online. you have to call. well calling gets you transferred to a nubmer that puts you on hold ... on hold as Im writing this its been 38 minutes. AT & T you should do better. How come you cannot cancel or delete devices on line but you can add lines or devices . Seems its all about making money and not the customer. Not happy in San Jose. If I could give a zero I would. There's absolutely no focus on customer service nor do they acknowledge appointments. I made an appointment twice and both times they have let other walk-in's that came after go before me and my name is flashing on the screen that literally says "appointments". They also have no sense of urgency to help. If they can get out of a complicated return which sounds crazy, they will make excuses to get out of it. Absolute worst store. read more

On Tuesday 07/29/2025 at 1:00pm I walked into this AT&T store and right away I was greeted by Perla. She told me to have a seat because she was currently busy helping the first customer. I didn't wait too long, so I asked her how to used the Prepaid service on the screen. She asked what do I need help with? I told her I wanted to get a new SIM card because my phone got stolen. She was able to help assist me to take care of my situation and called in the online service support to deactivate my stolen device/ SIM card. She went to the stock room to grab me a new SIM and she told me that I was able to save my old phone number. The process went smooth as I waited for 40 minutes while she went to service the next customer. Perla can really multitask switching in between customer servicing everyone on the day of my visit. All the employees at the store were very nice and professionally trained with technical expertise. I would totally come back to this store location again and I highly recommend to my family, friends and Yelpers! Thank you Perla and the AT&T team for your help! read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. I came in a few days ago before closing 30 mins or so before. I got two phones expressed one would be traded in and the other one bought. Francisco is unprofessional and lazy. He failed to explain the phone i was getting wasn't qualified for trade in when i went in the next day to leave the phone. They had me do the transfer at home since it was close to closing time which i understood. I expressed to him that why wasn't i informed about not being able to trade in the phone, he says i was there too close to closing time and he just needed me to get out the store. I would never go back, he just wanted the sale and call it a day with out explaining anything. I had to go to another at&t to get help since they weren't helpful at all. Don't go here! Went in on 2/8/22 where I traded in my phone. Systems went down and the GM told me that they would email my receipt to me. 2/11/22 I call back and notified them that I haven't received my receipt via email. They requested my email for the second time. On 2/13 still haven't received the email. Spoke with the GM again and she again promised me the receipt that day. 6 hours later she sends me a text with a screen shot of the form for a trade in, not a receipt. We proceed to have a chat via text and you can see my frustration in the text. I find it very unprofessional that she proceeded to text me with her PERSONAL phone and now my phone number is stored in her call history. I'm sure she violated store policy. It shouldn't have taken a week to get my receipt and multiple phone calls to receive a simple email. Finally I went into the store in person where they had my receipt ready, what a coincidence... I've worked for Verizon before and this isn't how customers should be treated, also I don't appreciate her using her personal phone to contact me. To be honest, I went to AT&T store with somewhat of low expectations based on some of negative reviews posted earlier. Bryan was the person who helped me and he took his time to clear issues I had with AT&T to my complete satisfaction. Dealing with AT&T can be hit or miss and thankfully it was a hit for me today. Edit: The reason I ended up visiting physical store for assistance was to set new passcode after AT&T suffered hacking and my customer data was stolen and to quit VoIP phone service because it never worked properly after I transitioned from traditional landline. I first tried to quit via internet and ended up with AH customer service who refused to cancel my phone service and I wasted half hour arguing with him and finally quit trying and cancel. The experience really irritated me heavily and I just paid phone service that I never really used. One day, I talked with AT&T rep at Costco and she recommended I visit physical store instead to solve my problem. I honestly don't like AT&T's web design and talk with its phone rep. read more

There's nothing I love more than looking at a business with poor reviews and being able to go in and saying NOPE. Not me. Y'all can suck it. I walked in here this past Saturday because I needed a new SIM card for my phone. As I pulled up, I saw an associate masked up standing outside and a small group of people waiting to get in. I parked my car, walked up and what I thought would be a wait actually wasn't. The gal told me to walk on in where I was met by Amandeep who graciously had me sit down at a table and took care of my request. Every table had a clear acrylic barrier (between you and the associate) and an entire pump bottle of hand sanitizer. The store was practically empty minus another associate and one other customer. Amandeep excused herself for a moment after gathering all the information on my account. She came back a few minutes later and replaced the SIM card in my phone with a new one. She even showed me how to get this Otterbox case off my phone which always gives me issues. (Yes, I'm the girl that can't open it all the way and has to half crack it so I can slide my phone out.) I still won't remember how to get the Otterbox off with her perfect instructions- But that's another story. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes and Amandeep made my interaction quick and efficient. Now that wasn't so bad! read more

Went in to activate an iPhone that we upgraded (which they did), but then added the extra Asurion protection plan on not just the one they activated but on other phones as well. This was all done without consent or our knowledge of it. I only found out when I got the confirmation emails. Called 611 and even they said it was underhanded and the people in the store probably did it because they get a commission. Cut out this shady practice now. read more

Last weekend, I brought in my mom's old phone to ask for help in getting everything transferred over to her new phone. We are beyond grateful that Jessica was the one who helped us out. She was so kind, warm and patient with us. My mom had a phone that was so old it wouldn't update and an update was needed for the transfer to happen successfully. Jessica spent HOURS doing what she can for my mom's phone to update so we could transfer the data and everything else into her new phone. I was just at your local store and my husband bought a screensaver for his Samsung phone. We have a 50% accessory discount. When my husband brought me the receipt on the receipt nowhere does it stay with the original cost of that screen saver was. It just showed the discount I received but not the original price. My issue is if I'm paying for something I should see on my receipt with the original cost was that I was paying for I questioned this with the manager and she just showed me where the discount was for my corporate discount. I was just trying to make a point that if I'm purchasing some thing the original cost of that item should be on my receipt and it should show the discount that I receive. The manager asked me to leave and stated that I was being rude I don't think standing up for something that should be on a receipt is being rude. I was asked to leave the store. read more

We were kindly helped by Jesse Munoz and it was amazing. We had quickly provided assistance and it was really fast. He noticed we weren't in the mood to speak and phone contracts due to our unpleasant experiences attempting to purchase our new phone lines. He still attempted to make us feel comfortable and provided us strong accurate details regarding my girlfriends new phone contract. In addition, he also even tried to find us corporate discounts with our employment, when we didn't even ask. That was very thoughtful of him. I went into the store with my mom who is Vietnamese and we wanted to get more information about the IPhone 13. Since I couldn't translate into Vietnamese well the employee asked the manager who could speak Vietnamese. While the manager and my mom was talking the manager had a really bad attitude. My mom asked a standard question like "can I buy the new IPhone 13?" The manager said "no" in a really annoyed attitude. read more

Back in April my dad went into this location inquiring about opening an account, because they wanted a $250 deposit he said he'll think about it. He left the store empty handed. The employee still opened the account without my dads knowledge so he/she could get commission. Fast forward 5 months later my dad gets a letter from a debt collector stating he owes this amount of money to AT&T. This led to a headache having to deal with customer service and the collection company. Because this is a big deal I'm subtracting 2 stars (really i'd give this employee 0 stars and if I was the manager I'd fire him/her) When my dad received the letter from collections he came in to ask what this was about and another employee just brushed him off and told him to call Customer support. Finally I had enough back and forth I went in with my dad to resolve this issue and that's when Javier helped us. His customer service was great, he seemed genuinely sorry for what happened. He personally called customer service himself to get everything resolved. Thank you Javier, because of you I have restored my faith in this location and will probably only ask him for help in the future if I ever need it. read more

I appreciate this location for being open during this pandemic we are in, but I had a bad experience and a good experience with the employees. Starting off with the bad experience, as soon as my husband and I walk in we are greeted, but the lady who was trying to help us was bad. I understand that she was trying to help us, but her co workers didn't even want to help her out. We had asked her about our situation, and after discussing it with her fellow co workers they did nothing to help her or help us. They did not answer our questions and basically told us to that we can do everything online which was hard because when we tried to do it it was telling us that we needed to open up a new account. Bad experience with the first group of people we encountered. Second time we walked in. We were greeted by Javier. He was super helpful, helped us with our situation and answered all the possible questions that we had. He had us leave the store with no doubts and made sure that we didn't have any issues anymore. If my husband and I were to come back to this location he would be the one we ask for. So if any future customers are having issues or problems Javier is the one who is the most helpful out of the whole staff that was in the store that day. And mind you, he looked like he was the only working really hard that day because the staff kept talking about sports really loudly that sometimes we couldn't hear what Javier was saying. Overall the first experience here was disappointing , but after talking to Javier we just might come back if we have anymore issues. read more

Didn't think this would be the kind of service AT&T provided to customers. Couples weeks ago I was working doing deliveries and my phone died, remembered that there is an AT&T store on Capitol and Tully came by and got an AT&T cord to charge my phone and was back in action. Lifesaver right? Last night I was working doing my deliveries and used my cord to charge my phone, pulled cord off because my phone was fully charge and small piece that connects to my phone completely broke off and stayed on my phone. Thought to myself "I only have had it for a few weeks" but didn't think much of it figure if I go back to AT&T store and it would be replaced since I haven't had more then a couple weeks, was actually willing to pay the difference for an upgrade. The lady working started off super nice and saw the box and it is clearly an AT&T product asked me for a receipt, I told her I threw it out but I have given a # so it could be saved. She looked it up and couldn't find it and I wondered why because the customer service advisor who had helped me said he saved it on file but I was I used my credit card and found the statement from when I purchased. After over 20 minutes waiting she comes out from the back room to tell me she can't find it in her system and that they can't do NOTHING to help me. But I should my CC statement with purchase date and I have original packaging, I don't want my money back I want to get a working one and or pay the difference from an upgrade. Nope she said there's nothing we can do to help you, it was only $16 why would that be a big deal for someone who's looking to get a non defective AT&T product? Highly highly disappointed with not only the product that lasted a couple of weeks but the extremely poor customer service I was given after waiting for over 20 minutes for something so simple as an exchange of AT&T product that after review the policy I had warranty for, don't recommend going to this AT&T store or any in that case if this is the type of customer service AT&T teaches their employees. At&t is a world famous prestigious company with the good morals and ethics, which respects all ethnic minorities. We have been AT&T customers for more than a decade (14 Years). we bought several phones from them. We never had any problems In the past. Recently we bought a new cell phone from AT&T. We had some issues with the phone, so we went to exchange the phone. Dalina manager treated us in a very undignified manner , and started arguing with us, without checking the facts. Once she realized facts were on our side ( we were within our time limit for exchange) , she couldn't take it, so she started huffing and puffing, and humiliated us in a great lengths. She made sure my work company qualified me for monthly discounts and provided a service that I didn't think was possible. I have never had any issues with AT&T prior to my visit to this location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Go to the Valley Fair location, or the Tully Road location. The employees here treat you like an idiot, and don't go out of their way to help you. I had an issue with my phone (which I have had for less than a year) and they would not help me because I was not under contract. I had a similar issue a few months ago, and was given a new charger from the folks at the Valley Fair location. I explained the situation, and asked the employee at this location if he could kindly test the charger for me, this way I would know if it was indeed the same issue, or if I just needed a new phone. He refused! I really wanted to find out what was happening with my phone, so I decided to take it to Valley Fair the next day. The nice folks at the Valley Fair location informed me that all of the phones have a one year warranty regardless, and kindly pointed me to the warranty center on Winchester. The warranty center took a quick look, and determined that the problem was the charger. They didn't have my charger in stock, but allowed me to purchase one on the spot, that I could return when the one that they ordered arrives at my home. These guys were just being jerks. AT&T should just let go of the entire team here, and start fresh. These guys are giving AT&T a bad name! read more

They want to squeeze more money out of you instead of helping you save. I went here thinking they were legit, but they were just legit at sucking money out of wallets. I went to an AT&T store on Barber Lane in Milpitas Square (I believe it's called Impact Communications) and I can't find their place on Yelp, but that place deserves a 4-5 star because they try to get you the best deals and rebates. They also helped transfer all my phone contacts from my old phone to my new one with bluetooth, letting me keep my number from there and my phone operating within an hour! 4 Stars I'll admit it, I'm biased with my review. I've been a happy Cingular / AT&T customer for years. This location is great. Very professional, helpful people. I appreciate when mobile phone stores are actually stores instead of kiosks in the middle of malls filled with ass clowns looking to trample you over to their service at any cost. Hey - I came to the mall to look at young ladys wearing tight clothes (and the fewer clothes the better) NOT to hear your 10 second drill that's supposed to inspire me to make a 2 year contract commitment to a wireless carrier. Save it sport!! You won't find any of that verbal assault here. These guys know their stuff and they're ready to help. Personally, I trust all my wireless needs to Perla at this location. First of all, always go to a store to buy your phone because In Home Sales guys are only sent to you to upsell you more services. Yesterday, the guy shows up at my house before I'm done with work, and annoys my wife who works from home. They reschedule for the next day instead of coming when I asked (after my work hours)--sheesh. Today's window is 6pm to 8pm, very inconvenient for me. At 7:45 pm they text that they could not make it, wasting my time once again. Like I said, if you don't want to waste your valuable time, go into a store and avoid these In Home Sales people like the plague, or like the pandemic. Wow. Here I thought I was going into a branch that is going to just neglect my concerns and pass me to another department. This team took my concerns into their own hands, and handled it like a rockstar! My identity was stolen and I started receiving bills to my address, for service I have never had. This team spent a week, through the holidays, to resolve this. It's not cleared up yet (credit bureaus), but to see a balance of over -$2000 on an unknown account to $0, is something I never thought I'd see. I am grateful that I went to the right branch, met the right people, to literally clear my name. Once I met the branch manager, it completely made sense why my huge problem was resolved. Dalina Au, the branch manager, runs this business and trains her employees well to take care of their clients. When I was asked to provide feedback, I had no hesitation to do so. Horrible horrible service. I was one minute late to pick up a phone order and had to drove over 30 min to get to this store and Justine wouldn't open the door to hand over my new phone to me. I waited because the website stated I would get an email when my order was ready. Never received said email, so I knew I better hurry to get to the store before they closed. I tried. Selling the store, but there was no answer-- although there were 4 people working in the store. I tried to explain this to Justine through the door and all she could do was point to the hours listed on the door. Thanks for the excellent customer service! Oh! I went into this store last week to purchase a new iPhoneX - I was putting it off because I detest the set-up & transferring of data and other stuff when you get a new phone. Happily, I not only found the personnel amazingly friendly and full of helpful info - also, trust me when I say the two personable salespersons that helped me sure know their stuff - these two made it almost fun to give them oodles of money! The best part was that my salesperson did most of the transferring and setting up for me, relieving me of the stress and headache that always seems to go wrong for me!
