I had a phone repair done here. It was a nice repair. That's really all I have on that... I found it odd the wall of dudes that are standing in the doorway vestibule. You are greeted with, "what brings you in today" in a gruff get out of here tone. I'm sure it's a Covid related measure but it is kind of dumb with 5 dudes standing in the doorway all huddled together, with 3 out of 5 with their masks under their nose. Anyway... Like I said... Phone repair went well. It was completed on time, and now looks brand new. 4 stars for the phone repair! I will say they need more locations that do repairs for insurance claims. I had to drive 35 minutes no matter what location I chose. They have an in home repair option but you could not get it an appointment for two weeks. That's ridiculous! read more

I need to leave the young man that helped me at that store a good review. I did not thank him when I was in the store. I have been a victim of identity theft and he was trying to help me make a decision regarding a recent stolen phone. There is no positive outcome when there is an identity theft and I appeared ungrateful. I should not let that reflect on the person helping me. He bent over backwards to help me. read more

I upgraded my Iphone today, and I want to especially thank Wade, the sales specialist who assisted me with his profession, making sure everything goes smoothly and fast. Besides, the wait time is less than 5 minutes during the rush hours, which surprised me. I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends. read more

Came here today to receive an upgrade. I paid the remaining balance that was left over on my phone so that I could do a trade in. For whatever reason I wasn't able to walk out with a new phone. The entire process was long and botched. SOMEHOW, my phone was disabled before the new phone was even out of the box. There was multiple SIM cards on the table. I called At&T customer service and was told that the reason why I couldn't get a new upgrade because there was multiple SIM cards activated and scanned. Now, I will have to wait until 4 days to be able to upgrade. Never again will I ever go into a store to upgrade because people have no damn clue what they're doing on there. Only to turn around and say oh sorry for that. WTF. Thank you for wasting and entire hour of my life. read more

I didn't come out from this store branch (Goodman Rd, Southaven)disappointed and frustrated, but disrespected and disgusted by how they treated me as a customer for years since they purchased Cingular! I don't have a problem with AT&T company, it's the people who are in that office particularly Wade Bendinelli, who never called me back as promised, after I saw him a month ago (October 2020) with my issues for 6mos now. So I came in today to get some answers in good spirits but gave me a condescending statement "No, it's not gonna happen!", across the table who he was with another customer, and while I was with another rep Jeremy. His unprofessionalism was unacceptable. So I asked Jeremy to see a manager, and it was Wade who again on the other table with another customer responded saying, " Manager can't do anything for you!"... That's it, no apology, no explanation. They don't deserve not one star... I'm filing a formal complaint... read more

I purchased two phones and asked for insurance on both phones, especially my son's phone because he is hard on them. Sure enough his phone was stolen and low and behold no insurance. The associate who activated the phones was also waiting on another customer at the same time and joking around with another associate. So no replacement phone for me or even an apology from the store manager. Called customer service and they suggested I insure the phone and then make a claim. That's insurance fraud. Stopped at the store 30 minutes before closing to switch from post-paid to pre-paid. After meeting the sales associate and explaining what I desired she informed me there was not enough time to do what I requested. I had already been on the phone with customer service twice and knew that I would have to come to the store to get these changes done. I told her that no one explained this would be such a long process and coming back to this place during this time of Covid-19 was not going to work for me. She then proceeded and botched the whole thing to oblivion. She added my wife's account to prepaid and put her on the wrong plan and never added my line or plan at all. Told me to come back in a couple of days because they were having issues with my number. So, now I have to spend more time online and on the phone to get this straightened out. Additionally, I will have to expose myself by coming back to the store for something that should surely be done online or over the phone in the first place. This is a ridiculous way to do business during these trying times and I expect more from AT&T. read more
