0 stars is really what I should rate this place. I've been in 3 times in the past 3 years to get my car battery replaced Under warranty! The batteries continue to be BAD! It's not one vehicle but two I've had this happen for. The first time my oil change people told me it was reading as bad and I should get it checked. The next time my car battery just died on me and this time it started cranking really slow so I took it somewhere else to get it checked out first. There is a 48 month warranty battery. After getting the battery checked at a different location and they told me it was bad and to take it back since it was under warranty, so I did. I took it to Batteries Plus Southaven and the manager asked me if I had a battery at home!!! I laughed because who has an extra car battery at home? He said he had to keep it 24 hours to check it out. I'm already late for work and school. Although, it was already showing as bad on my printout from Napa, but this time the manager said he could sell me a new battery and refund me the next day if he found it to be bad. He said he'd call. Well, I had to call them the next day after not hearing back by 3 pm and I went in at 8am the day before. He said it was bad and I could come back for my refund but the warranty would expire on this brand new battery in September this year instead of the expected 48 months. If you don't stand by your own product why would or should the customers trust you? I will not be returning. I'd rather buy a new battery somewhere else trustworthy than playing shift the bad battery every year with them. My advice- avoid them!!! On top of that he told me my alternator or starter may be to blame. All that has checked out fine on my car at a very trustworthy shop. The batteries are BAD! Also, I got my battery replaced in my key fob and after leaving noticed they cracked it and didn't say a word, so it was totally broken in half and could've gotten my key stuck in my ignition. The only reason I will give two stars is because my key fob does work with the battery replacement. I stood there in the store, like I was the invisible man, for at least 15 minutes before anyone asked if I needed assistance. I was charged 12+ dollars for the battery replacement. When I asked what the life-span of the new battery was, I was told 6 months to one year. I told the salesperson that the one replaced lasted over 5 years. Her response was, "Well, they don't make batteries like they used to". This was the wrong answer. I simply left at that point. What B.S. It seems they sell inferior batteries- else they would have a longer life span. And talk about needing better trained sales associates. I wont be going back there. read more

I needed to get the battery replaced in my iPad. I booked an appointment online after determining this store would have the correct battery and could install it (btw there was a closer store to me that didn't have it). I also called the store the morning before driving an HOUR AND A HALF to make sure they had the battery and would be able to fix it in store, today. I got a harried sure, sure response, in hind sight that should have been my clue to try elsewhere. When I arrived at the store I was at first told I didn't have an appointment. I showed them my confirmation email and explained I'd called this morning to confirm before I left. After about 10 min looking they found my appointment. Then the search for the correct battery commenced and after another 10 minutes they finally told me they didn't have the battery after all. They called another store 4 miles away but they didn't have it either. I went literally next door to Best Buy and just bought a new ipad. read more

Took my iPhone here to have my screen replaced. When I got it back the home button didn't work making the phone almost unusable. The home button worked when I turned it in so they took it back the next day to put another screen on it. When I received the iPhone back they put the wrong screen on it and the whole right side didn't work. Then the manager proceeded to tell me that it was a software problem and was extremely rude about it. I had to get a refund. The service was terrible. I purchased the lifetime battery replacement for my fossil watch 2 years ago. I went to the Southaven, MS location today, 2/22/21, to get the battery replaced since my watch was losing a few minutes each day. Thus would be my 4th battery change. First off, it took the gentleman almost 10 minutes to get the back off of my watch. Then he didn't know which battery my watch needed. He called another store and they told him which one to use. After he gets the battery in, he informs me my watch wasn't working. He switched out that battery for another one. It didn't work either. When he brought it to me, the second hand started moving, for which he couldn't explain. Then it stopped working. He told me he couldn't get it to work and apologized and told me he couldn't do anything else. I am highly upset that my WORKING FUNCTIONING watch when I walked in, was literally broken by this man because he didn't know what he was doing. NOW I have to get my watch repaired....
