The man who ran the business and worked there said that he can fix it, I asked how much it would be he said "no price". Which I knew it wouldn't be free. I went because I was desperate, I got there he looked at my phone, he said he could do it, and that it would be about 30 minutes. I asked him numerous times how much it was going to cost and he said that he would tell me after the service was done. I noticed a sign on his stand that said "stating at $39.99" so I didn't think the price was going to be awful. After going back and fourth with him for a while I let him fix the phone and waiting for about 25-30 minutes. I came back and was very happy about my phone being fixed and it worked great. I then asked him how much it was going to be and he said$270. I said that I was not paying that much, after a while he dropped it down to $250, I then had to make a call about getting payment, I had my card in my hand and he said I could go to the atm, I said I was not going to pay cash and that I was going to pay with card. He then dropped it down to $230 but with tax it was over $250. After arguing with the price he took my card out of my hand and started walking away with it towards the atm. I took the card back out of his hand and explained that I would not be paying with cash. Eventually, he dropped the price to $240 not including tax. I thought it was done there. I then get a fraud alert on my phone from my card for a very expensive charge and another charge. I have not used the card anywhere out of the regular in the past week then that place.
