I walked into there shop I needed my charging port cleaned because my charger wouldn't stay in. Took them barely any time to clean it and send me on my way. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I even bought a new case for my phone and I was expecting something over priced. No not at call, very affordable and quick service. I had my iPhone screen replaced here in Aug 2020 and paid $180, later that year my phone screen went black. I took my phone to the apple store and they would not replace or repair it as the issues were due to dropped mobile replacing the screen and getting glue in places they shouldn't have. I ended up having to buy a brand new phone. They are not an authorized apple repair center and I would definitely not recommend going here. read more

I went in to have my phone looked at because it wouldn't charge anymore. I tried multiple different cords and none of them worked. Turns out there was a pile of lint in the charge port. They removed the lint and cleaned up the speaker mesh at the bottom of my phone. They really saved the day as the cost of the cleaning was significantly lower than the cost to replace a charge port. My husband's screen broke so we took his phone into Dropped Mobile to have it replaced. $180 later the screen was replaced, however the phone was no longer functioning properly and ghost touching rendered it unusable. After taking the phone back in we were told they could warranty it out and try a new screen, but that there was likely motherboard damage and the problem wouldn't be fixed by a new screen. We were denied a refund, despite having never been told work was nonrefundable even if the phone was broken when we got it back. The only disclaimer given at time of purchase was that Face ID may not work. It was never disclosed the the phone itself may be unusable and I'm absolutely flabbergasted that Dropped Mobile was unwilling to warranty out the new screen and refund us, essentially wasting $180 that could have gone towards a new phone. I would appreciate if someone from Dropped Mobile would contact me regarding this issue if possible, we're very unsatisfied with our experience. read more

At a glance this seems like a solid phone repair shop with decent amount of good reviews and a reasonable credibility. When I went to the shop to get my phone repaired there, they threw on a new screen haphazardly quick. When I received the phone and I turned it on Face ID was switched off because they had butchered the Face ID sensor, (which was working fine previously). I decided to ignore this issue and continue using the phone. When watching a YouTube video the phone screen went completely black. I had my phone sent back to them and they said they would look at the issue and decide to refund us. The next day we received a call stating that the LCD module was cracked and that they couldn't refund us for our money. When I entered into the store to discuss what was wrong with the screen the person said that I must have "smacked the screen" and the lcd was cracked. (He showed me a tiny white line of black pixels) FYI the LCD is made of tiny little pixels that emit light and therefore can only go dead and not be cracked. After reluctantly agreeing to taking the damaged iPhone back they also completely forgot to hand back my phone case (most likely hoping they could resell it to make a quick buck.) TL;DR They gave me a defective screen and when I asked for a refund they also implied I somehow had broke the screen. If i could give them 0 stars i would i took my iphone 12 pro max to them to get fixed for $250 took the whole day to fixed dropped it off at 10:30 am picked it up around 4 when u got my phone back everything was fine when i got home noticed a black dot on my screen that wasn't there when i dropped it off so i called told them about it and they fixed it turn to find out the back of my phone was cracked again as well . made an appointment for them to fix it a second time replaced the front of my screen and back told me the reason was because the glue hadn't dryed i put my case on my phone when i left 4 days later the back of my phone is cracked even worse then it was the first time i brought it in to get fixed told me the case cracked it (i thought cases were to protect the phone) so i went along with it knowing that wasnt the case he basically called me a liar saying i cracked my phone on l purpose to keep getting fixed like who has the time and energy to do that i asked for a refund he told me no in return gave me a bogus case that had been used by a previous customer told me if i kept it in this case nothing more should happen to the back of it took the case he told me to keep on it and the back of my phone was shattered i got scammed out of $250 would not RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! beware read more
