We were told by the agent at the store named Jules that our bill would be a certain amount and, since then, we have had to call every single month because our bill is wrong. Also, watch out because they charged us for cell phone recovery service that we did not want. They will tell you your bill will be a certain amount and then when you get your bill you will be shocked. Classic bait and switch tactic. Now we are stuck until we pay our new phones off. Cannot wait to change back to Cricket.

They ordered the screen, let me pay a deposit via PayPal and had it installed two days later. I ventured out to the unknown land of Florissant (I don't plan on ever going back) for this new screen that they ordered for me. No wait on a Saturday and it was done in 45 min while I waited. The clientele of these types of places can always be interesting and the shopping center is...let's just say it had its hey-day but I got my screen in a jiffy with a smile. New Pixel 4 screen- $200
