Long time customers cant purchase upgrades or receive help due to the store being over crowded by teens purchasing several of the newest iphones. These teens are using the credit of others to purchase iPhones at a low cost, only to resell on the street. This leaves long customers at a disadvantage. I hope this is shutdown ASAP. This is ridiculous. read more

After speaking with 16 different people and being ready to change my service Kimberly at the store got me fixed up with ease! She stayed late without hesitation and great customer service! People like her are the reason I stay with AT&T and I use this store only! Thank you Kimberly and coworkers for staying late for me and going beyond your job description to help me and make an 11 yr old super happy! read more

They sure will enjoy taking your money but won't do the work you pay them to do. They also love blaming another department for the trouble you are having and even told me it's not their job. All of this simply because when they installed my internet line they never came back to bury the internet cord despite telling me to and I'm about to be fined by my HOA because of it. They are incompetent from the manager down to the service techs. read more
