They assured me they would put together a table top for the barrels on time for the party. They did and the cake display table turned out beautiful! The chairs and tables were all in great condition. We have used them several times in the past for all sorts of rentals and party services (tents, tables, chairs, etc..) with the most recent being a bouncy house last weekend. Contacted the company last minute for an event I was hosting. The lady on the phone was very thoughtful. At first they didn't have any furniture available but she called me as soon as they got an opening. She was also very patient with me when it was time to submit the paperwork for the rental. During the delivery, the driver contacted me to let me know when he was coming. Even though I didn't answer the phone he still stopped by my house to see if I was home. Think twice before reserving with this company! We called to request tables and chairs for an upcoming event and as directed provided our e-mail in order to receive information to place an order. They were referred by my sister in-law and we promptly advised who sent us and what date we needed. When we didn't get an email, we followed back up and was told "Well the date is not available any longer so it doesn't matter". They were down right rude and hung up on us!! my regular go to rental place was fully booked for thanksgiving, so i turned to social media and heard about at ease. and am so glad i did. they were fast, efficient, affordable, and sooo nice. truly a pleasure doing business with them. the tables and chairs were in great condition, clean and no signs of rust or wear and tear. they dropped off 2 days early and picked up 2 days later, which can be a perk or downfall depending how you look at it. overall i was super pleased and have recommend them a few times already. i will definitely use them again!! read more

Edith and her husband are very accommodating, punctual, reliable and organized. All items rented are new and in great condition. I had an unfortunate experience with this company & would not recommend them at all. I contracted with them for my son's 1st birthday. I was told they would be dropping off a bounce house at a certain time. When they were late, I called and spoke with Edith, who was absolutely rude. She made it seem like I was nuts for expecting them to be on time! I guess lateness is quite the common occurrence! Word of advice if you do end up hiring them! Once the company arrived, they set up the bounce house (that does not have a cover and is not shaded) in an area that was not shaded and left to get something to eat. I called Edith and let her know that the bounce house needed to be moved to a shaded area. No big deal, or so I thought! This elicited yelling (not joking) & utter rudeness. She called her driver (on speaker) and proceeded to tell her driver that I was irate, and angry. I tried to express to her that all I needed was for the bounce house to be moved. She made it a huge ordeal, telling me I had no idea how hard it is to move a bounce house and that she cant believe I would call and that my birthday party was such a hassle. She was so rude & unprofessional. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have had huge events for my wedding, baby shower, bridal shower, etc etc! I couldn't believe I was treated that way, especially when all I was asking was for the bounce house to be moved slightly to an area that had shade so the kids wouldn't be burned to a crisp! The company ended up moving it and it took all of 5 minutes! Terrible experience, unfortunately. read more

And for good reason - prices were great, staff was friendly, prompt, set EVERYTHING up, taught all my staff how to operate the machines, were courteous and conscientious about safety and proper use. The owner personally stayed as an attendant for my event which made everything run smoothly and easily. My residents and their children had a wonderful time and I genuinely feel we could not have been provided a greater service, with cleaner, well operating concession machines/bouncer, and personal consideration from ANY other company, especially at the fantastic price we paid.
